there is no lifeguard at the Goofy pool that I know of. We've only been by the bar and hot tubs there. Maybe we'll get to all three pools this cruise.

I just wanted to let you know that my brother Tim died this morning.

Thank you to everyone who has sent prayers and pixie dust for him over the last 6 months.

So sorry for you loss.

First of all and prayers for all who need them. I haven't been posting but have been reading. My stepdad fell and had to have stitches and broke his nose so I haven't been home much.

I hope he recovers quickly...

Hello everyone - I found you all. No way I am going to try and catch up on lost time.

Right after Amy left, and Sophia went to her aunt's I got sick with a bad cold. I started on meds on Monday, but I have not been myself all week long. I have trudged through work every day, but have not felt like even getting on the computer in the evening. I am still a bit under the weather today. And speaking of weather it has been awful and dreary here.

I have two requests for Bobby that I have not fulfilled. If there is any way I can get it done, I will take care of that tomorrow. I have to see if I can scrounge up an additional Bobby.

I do talk to Amy daily in Manilla, and she is doing fine.

I hope everyone else is doing well, and you have all been in my thoughts as the day approaches when we will all finally meet. I read a post by Ken in getting here about how close we are, and I too don't know whether to be happy, or sad.

I may be on tonight - until then, have a great Friday!

Yes, it was just the thing I needed to take on the cruise. She hates the color and was amazed how excited I was to get it!

To each their own! Although the only wig I have is PURPLE! But PURPLE and GREEN are just super together!

For this party I think it will be better!

I was thinking I may have to see what future cruises I can book onboard! Will have to see what fits into the school schedule.

Me too. I don't want to take the kids out every year. We want to book a dummy date because the school district is thinking of starting early in August and getting out in May. I thought we could try for one in May. If you book a dummy date, how long do you have to use the deposit after you cancel?

I agree that we will ourselves to get better for the sake of others sometimes. Me being single sometimes I have no choice but to keep going to get what needs to be done finished. I hope you can will yourself better for the arrival of Sophia and Amy. Last time Amy was gone you grew a goatee I remember have you been indulging again?

No, but Hmmmmm . . . maybe I should SHAVE the mustache this time . . . You all will know if Amy is reading the boards after this post - as much as she hated the goatee, she will not let me shave the 'stache.
