well I am bummed...I went shopping on my lunch and I am just plain fat. You guys will have to suffer seeing me stuffed into a bikini as that is all I have and I refuse to spend any more money on a swimsuit. I ended up not getting anything. I had to restrain myself from going to the kids dept and blowing my gift card.

Oh I know how you are feeling. We are our own worst enemies aren't we - plenty of time to lose the weight but still can't. I'm still hoping to drop enough lbs to be able to get back to how I am now during the cruise!!!

We've gone for 5&6K. Near the front to be away from the bar. On the right so we've got the 'wall' rather than staring at the people in the middle!

I agree with you that it won't be as good as the Manchester config. 40-odd seats instead of 14 is bound to detract from the experience.

I do wish it was the 747. I much prefer them, plus I was looking forward to sleeping upstairs!

Still, at least we should have a decent entertainment system (VPort). The Manchester one really is poor for this day and age.

Yes, it should be a bit more private in those seats on the right with the 'wall' in front. I hope we aren't changed from those.

PJ - in regards to turning the one day WDW tickets into DL tickets....can you buy the hopper option? if so, how much extra is it? Three of us have the one days which I highly doubt we'll use.

V, we went with DU and had no choice about getting GTY. I wouldn't choose it, why would I?

I really don't know why some who were with DU got assigned rooms and some didn't, but I feel miffed about it.

I actually went with DU originally and forgot that I had sent a request through a different TA also. When they both came back, DU was a gty and the other TA had a room number. Also, the other TA came back early in the morning and DU was much later in the afternoon. I imagine DU had a lot more requests so it took them longer.

OK, now I'm really confused. I know you cannot take off any fresh food. But what is wrong with packing rum cakes and liquor? Surely DCL wants to make all the sales they can. It would be quite a hassle to carry these items off and have to safely repack breakables. And how would they know what you pack in your luggage going off the ship? Are they going to x-ray or open every suitcase? They sell these things so why would they expect you not to pack them? This makes no sense...

It just has to be PACKAGED food! Rum cakes and liquor will be fine, though you still have to adhere to the customs limits. Mmmm, I love those rum cakes too!

I'll be getting that IRS economic stimulus payment in May (or whatever it's called) and the amount will be MORE than what I'd make in 2 weeks, so that covers missing the time off work.

Yay!!! I think we're getting one of those checks too, but I'm not sure when ours will get mailed out or how much we're getting. We still haven't gotten our tax refund, though according to DH it's supposed to get mailed out at the end of this week

Oh V, I'm right there with you! I know I need another swimsuit for the cruise, but the thought of having to shop for one and knowing what I weight... blargh!

We actually really enjoyed the Blue Bayou when we ate there. We had seats right at the waterside and ate prime rib and it was all dark and romantic

It is changed same for same, no upgrading. So no hopping on WDW ticket no hopping on DL exchange ticket.

well, it's tan now, but yes....aloe is great. We have lots of large aloe plants in the yard, they are good for lots of what ails ya!

yes, I remember you had said that. I'm sure direct from the plant is the best kind. Ours comes from Walgreens in a bottle

What a morning!!

I took my car to the garage because of failed mot last week over car door not opened. My neighbour fixed it yesterday. I expected that garage was looking at the door but no they took my car and told us come back for 2 pm.

I was with two kids and took the bus home, end up bus inpsection told me that my bus passes was out of the date. He took it away Olivia fell and hurt her hands.

thanks, I am just so angry with myseld. I weigh what I weighed when I HAD Haley! There is no excuse. I have had over a year to take some off before this cruise and I have been lazy.
Oh well, I may as well start I have to some time.

I feel you...I was the same weight last summer as when I was preg. with my 10 year old I have lost a bunch but still have 15 to go ...at this point I don't think it's gonna happen, but a girl can dream So I'll be stuffed into my bikini too, we'll sit side by side and call ourselves sausages!
