well since friday it finally got below 80' for a high here. kinda bragging but its not suppose to in the 80's here in the summer!!!It hit 51 today here! I was in shock because we were able to leave our coats in the car when we went to karate this afternoon!

After listening to the automated info, I learned I'd probably be eligible for an economic hardship deferral. When I finally spoke with a real person, all she did was ask how many hours a week I work, how much I make per hour, how many people in the house, and told me I qualify for up to 36 months deferral, with 12 months at a time to be up for renewal at the end of each 12 months. She e-mailed me the paperwork and when I submit it, it's effective immediately for this month forward (for 12 months).

Oh wow! Crazy weather all over. We're supposed to get more snow this week though.
