How have you been? Tom and I have been counting down the days (as we had nearly 11 inches of snow here today)and we continue to wait for our room assignment How much longer do you think we will have to wait for that? Another question, Aruba, jeep tour, what time does that start? I really want to get a massage on board and the earliest appointment they have right now is early morning of Aruba day. Also, who do I pm about the scrapbooking event? I think I want in on that if it's not too late.

All is good here. Looking forward to a week of work soon. Our spring break doesn't happen at easter, 1 more week to go. I believe the jeeps are around 8am. Not really sure though. I think the thought was to get out and get organized. We will all have to do paperwork for the jeeps, then be done by the afternoon. Can you get a massage in the afternoon that day? Maybe V will see this and give some input.
Scrapbooking is seaulater? I think. Check the first page.

Big 16 oz Monster or Rockstar have only 20 calories in them. Rockstar has a carb free one too. So depending on your diet needs they have something for you!

I tell people if you have never tried one then they will work REALLY well for you. If you are like me and have built up a high tolerance to soda and caffeine then you would need a couple.

I'm a coco cola addict......(I didn't want to say I'm a coke addict).....I drink them all day and night long. So I might need more than one. But it's worth a try. I know the grandkids used to drink them all the time.....like they needed energy at 15 and 16 years old.

OK, the only way to stop my crazed eating frenzy is to just go to bed. I'm out for real this time. I plan on sleeping away most of the day tomorrow, waking up maybe around 2pm and trying to get some cleaning done before I pick up Tyler. BUT.....I always say that and am usually awake around 6 or 7am. I hate that....on my only day of the week to sleep in, I usually can't! Oh well.

Did you and Mrs. Woody do them? I can't wait to get on there.

We did not have time for the gondolas since we were on our way to a show. But we stopped in our tracks to watch.

The Palazzo hotel/casino is owned by Sheldon Adelson, who owns the Venetian. The hotels' shopping malls are connected. He's one of the 10 richest people in the world (the type of guy who would go on a Disney cruise and pay the $15 corkage fee).

So, I come home from vacation last night and MIL tells me that our cat Pirate is bleeding, but she can't tell what's wrong. He's leaving little droplets of blood on her bedspread and elsewhere. I call the vet to ask what to do. The vet has me driving all over town to find aquarium gravel to put in the litter box and wants me to collect his urine and study his stools. This all sounds like so much fun, I can't even tell you.

When I'm checking on him this afternoon, Pirate sneezes and sprays little drops of blood all over my bed. OK, at least I know which part of his body it's coming from. I call the vet back, only to have the office tell me she's gone for the day and can't see me til Monday. But they recommend I take the cat to the vet hospital at the university. It's considered an emergency visit, so it costs me $160 bucks just for the initial visit. I do it anyway, cuz I love my kitties and the boys are freaking just a little and the cat is making a mess of my house. After several tests, the vet determines that Pirate has a laceration on the inside of his nose (probably from rough-housing with his brother). They close it up with surgical glue and I'm on my way $172 poorer. And this took up my entire afternoon I was supposed to be getting the house ready for Easter company. Oh, well.

Oh, and in the middle of trying to figure out what is wrong with the cat, I discover that the lovely cyclamen plant MIL has purchased to welcome us home is poisonous to cats. And it goes without saying that the kitties have been chewing on the leaves. The plant went to the neighbors.

So who's happy it's friday...ME! I wish there was no holiday this weekend. I'd like to just stay in my pj's all weekend and nap on the couch.
My house is clean, so I don't have to do that at least...just laundry, ugh. I am SOOOOO ready for vacation.

Hey, I have an idea...I'll start practicing for shots around the ship. I'll just call it Shots around my house..hmm..
