Hmm should we all just crash the EB cruise thread until we are tagged? Then again we might get a bad tag. I can see mine now "Tagged as naughty", "officially confirmed 100% naughty" or something equally as bad. :lmao:

"Was last seen running down deck 4 in a lime green thong!!!"
My DH has a corkscrew on his Swiss Army knife that he usually takes on all vacations - it's really handy, got all sorts of stuff on it for pretty much every eventuality.

But we read somewhere that knives aren't allowed and would be confiscated, so he's never risked taking it.

Has anyone ever taken anything similar on board? Or had a problem trying to take it onboard?

Make sure that he packs it in his regular suitcases for flying. It just cannot be in his carryon...

On trip reports from the 2005 repo I read varying times that people were able to get away from the port. But I think someone very recently posted that DCL has said everyone should be disembarked by 0930.

If you're looking at a 1245 flight, you have to factor in the minimum check-in time, getting through security etc. As well as the time for the journey from the port to LAX.

It's a tricky decision. If you did miss the 1245, are there later flights you could catch? And is it a flexible ticket that would allow you to fly later, or a special price just for that flight?

Well, it is on Southwest, and it is the latest flight available to my destination, which ironically, is back to Orlando for the WDW part of this trip. Maybe I should just get a ride back to Disneyland and stay there for a few days.

Jackie, I so agree with you on the Other Boleyn Girl, was disappointed after the book. And I have read several books on the time and this movie just seemed so one dimensional, and I was so excited to see it after the reading the book.

ok, that bums me out. I was so looking forward to this. Guess I should wait for video?

There are a few of us staying just Sunday and Monday for a little trip. Mind you we live in California so it is pretty easy to do. :thumbsup2

It was a beautiful movie to watch, it was the story that sort of fell flat from the book, for me. If you had not read the book, you will enjoy the movie, but for me I kept thinking, I liked the book better.

loved the book, I ate it whole. So I think I would be disappointed too.

Tammy I am staying until Tuesday night, taking the Jetblue red eye out of LGB. This is my very first trip to the LA area and I am not missing out on DL.

We are making up our own theme nights. One night we will call

The Dis chicks Wig Out

So you wanna get a wig and join in. I am sure it can be reused later (or before) for something! I think they are cute. I think the pink one would be good for the Champagne girls. Now the big question should I have gotten a green one for the nanny for dinner? Hmmm might have to.

Hey Marr... are you organizing it????

Still catching up, but....what was up with the west coast ladies, lol. Are you all ok today?

Pj

A little hung over, but thanks for asking... ME...I'm half asleep because I stayed up with them all night!!! :lmao:
