I will be wandering on PC day, I don't do the crowds so well. When I go to WDW it is almost always during slower times of year. Is there viewing on Deck 4 on the running track or is the front of the ship completely closed off around the front, I have only walked around the back end of the ship.Pj
I'm feeling very relieved. I have finally found subs to cover my WW meeting while I am on the cruise. It was tough, because the last Sunday is Memorial Day weekend and for other leaders like me, who work a full time weekday job, giving up a holiday weekend hurts.
But I am finally covered.
The spring staff weight loss challenge also continues. I had a t-shirt on under my shirt and gym shorts under my pants (trousers for our UK friends) yesterday, so before the 8:00 AM meeting started I was weighed. I lost 0.6 pounds last week.
I'm actually very happy they are doing the challenge it gives me a goal and a focus.
.
Good Morning. Just wanted to chime in that DH and I will have a balcony on Deck 6 (if we ever get out of the lifeboats) and everyone is more than welcome to view the canal crossing from there too. We would love to be part of the verandah crawl.

Was just wondering if someone could describe what a 'cooling box' is? (as described in the cabin descriptrion)
I cannot remember using it on our land & sea trip three years ago
I suspect it is a mini fridge, but could be wrong
Could you store a small carton of milk and keep it for several days?
oh that is nice![]()

goodness, ok these are from yesterday at the pool....
Thanks! I forgot to add we all got Tickets for the Lilly Belle too! (Ya gotta love things just made to be scrapbooked)
Go to the Main Street Station and ask one of the conductors. That's it - super easy.
We actually got on the train with this car in New Orleans. We asked the conductor there and he told us that car can only be boarded at Main Street. So we rode around to Main Street and asked and got to go right in - 6 others rode with us and we had our own conductor who sat with us and gave us some background info. Very interesting and a lot of fun.
The joke of the day today, was that it was ok to take a photo of one of the people at the brunch, as long as they were not identified. Photos are coming soon. I was only able to get one photo with my digital "brownie" so I am waiting for all the others to post so I can get the better photos.
We stayed at Pardise Pier a couple years ago. You can go swimming at the Disney Land Never Land Pool. Also there's a quiet pool over there. We watched the fireworks from the roof of the parking garage, right next to the pool. It was great. Connie

It's the mini fridge in the stateroom, but truely is just a cooling box. It will help keep things cold, but pretty much can't MAKE things cold. It will keep leftover food 'safe' and if you've iced a bottle of wine, then put it in the fridge, it should stay cold. But it you filled it with warm cans of soda or beer you wouldn't have much success getting them cold. In that case, use the ice bucket first, then move them to the fridge.

Well funny you should ask, I plan on Napa Rose or Steakhouse 55 for dinner, but totally open to suggestions for the other meals of the day. If anyone wants to splurge with us please come join (I'm an AP so at least that is some discount) I'm going to call them now and see what is open, thanks for reminder![]()
