Just weighed in:scared1: ...... up 8 lbs! How bout the rest of you? Not too bad as I thought it would be more like 15!!!!!

I'm rather surprised that I only gained 2 or 3 pounds. (I didn't weigh myself the week we left so I'm not exactly sure.) I took the stairs most of the time and had a pretty bad bout of "la turista" for the last couple of days of cruise, so that probably accounts for it! (In addition the flu or whatever it was that attacked my throat/chest/voice!)

On the other hand, I discovered pretty early on that I simply can't consume 3 full meals every day. I had horrible heartburn for several days running, until I figured out that I had to go really light on lunch or skip it entirely if I wanted to eat a normal dinner. Once I nailed that down I had a great time eating whatever I wanted!

My favorite was at Palo brunch when Sebastian figured out how much I loved the crab legs and kept bringing me plate after plate of them. I pretty much had to skip dinner that night, but it was SO worth it!!!

gOOD dAY aLL - BACK AT HOME AFTER A LONG FLIGHT FROM LAX TO FLA....TIME TO DO SOME CLEANING AND THEN BACK TO WORK.

I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE - LOTS OF GOOD FRIENDS AND MEMORIES....

I WANNA LOOK AT PICTURES.....

Remember the room service on the second shots around the ship night??? That was fun.

Picture of that coming soon! Damien(waiter) and Mike(D.J) both came up to me the next night and said that was TOO FUNNY! They had never seen anyone do that before! You and Marr looked so funny carrying in this GIANT stack of metal roomservice plates on a tray that took both of you to carry!:rotfl2:

Is this what you are talking about...

I have only uploaded a few (250) photos so I will post more later. We have to go out again to the $300 store.

I can't believe we're back on land....I want to go back to the Magic!!

Finally made it home at just about 230am this morning....after both my flights were delayed (not too bad) and after having to submit a claim for 1 of my suitcases not coming in (seems like my bag wanted to have a longer vacation in Dallas). It's supposed to be delivered today.....key word there is supposed to be. We'll have to wait and see.

Thank you so much to all of you for making an amazing trip even more memorable. I know I didn't get to meet everyone, or even spend tons of time w/ everyone, but really enjoyed the times spent with those I did meet.

I'm in the process of downloading all the pics I took and will share when I can.

Darrell is right there with you and I ended up with abuot 5 extra pounds.

Any suggestions on how to lose that before my doctor appointment next Monday :scared1:

Hey, not fair! I didn't even know there were appetizers and soups on the kids' menu! I would have totally ordered from there! I guess that's what happens when your kids outgrow the kids' menus! Boo Hoo....

~T

Yep - the soups were much more to my liking - chicken noodle and tomato and the apps I got were mostly fruit cups or melon boats.

And it took me until my fourth cruise to find out I could order from my kids menu (never sat with kids on the cruises so never even saw the menus).

I don't know where you all put it. If I did order, I only ate a bite or two.

I'm with you. By the time dessert rolled around I was usually too stuffed. Plus the desserts were usually too rich for me. I like desserts, but not heavy, rich ones. Give me a piece of Marie Callender's warm French Apple pie any day!

I don't really like them either but there were a few that were good but I felt yucky after eating them.

I'm still not done going through all of our photos. I will be posting as soon as I've been through them all. I can't believe we took that many pictures!

I will be back at work tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to it, nor am I looking forward to the problems that arose while I was away. I'm however glad that I was not checking emails, and just focused on having a good vacation.

Now I also have to start to think about our wedding on June 19th!

Jon came home to like 200 emails from work. I guess they didn't realize he was gone :confused3 I guess they can't live without him.

You didn't tell us you were getting married and I didn't even know that you weren't already. My mind goes after a few drinks, sorry!
