Just popping in to add a sad update. I just spoke to Nan a moment ago and when Nan woke up this morning Casey was not able to get up out of the bed. Sadly Casey was taken in this morning and was put to sleep. Casey had been having trouble as some of you may remember so it was time. Nan thinks Casey chose today so the family would be there and she didn't have to go alone. So hoping a few of you can send up some prayers for Nan and her family and Casey.

Thanks Marr for letting us know. Many prayers to Nan, Paul, Molly and Wilson and of course Casey . I know how hard it is to say good bye to a beloved pet. I am glad that it did happen before they left.

Taysmom Steph was on a flight last night that had problems so she got stuck here and didn't leave. She was rebooked onto a early morning flight. The morning flight broke down and she had to be shuttled to another airport and catch a later flight this morning! The airlines cost her a lot of money as she lost a full day at WDW and her nice hotel. Instead she was stuck staying at an airport hotel in Oakland.

Last night CruzDirectorKaren and Rufustee left with their whole family and took 1 large suitcase weighing 47 pounds with scrapbooks with them!

45 minutes ago, my four boxes I shipped to Florida arrived (another 98 pounds!) and I called and they are safely stored for me waiting my arrival tomorrow!

Okay, back to the mini nav--

Oh, and YES, the place I have in the mini nav is the Promenade Lounge at 3 p.m. for the 1st Disney Meet prior to sailaway. I know I suggested deck 10 a couple of months ago, but it was shot down because of concerns of rain/sun/wind, etc. I feel the group is pretty large, but the Promenade is where it is scheduled.

The second sailaway for those wanting to continue the fun will be up on Deck 10, port side for sailaway after lifeboat drill. Did anyone finally decide to make a banner?

Between Stephs ordeal with her horrible luck with the flights and Nan and poor Casey passing I am freaking out here. I am not done shopping (off to do more today), not done packing (I have some stuff packed) or ready to leave!

I am worried now I will have some kind of bad thing happen to me next. Well the plan is to shop all day and then pack then clean up the house a bit. By then it will be morning so no sleep for me tonight!

I'm thinking if I can see if I can scrounge enough money up to pay the neighbor kid to mow for me so I don't have to do it before we leave. Then I think he'll have to do it again too while we're gone.

I wish they'd call me with a price for getting my laptop fixed so I'd know if I have any leftover to pay the kid to mow. Or if I can even afford to get the computer fixed.

With all the planning we somehow let that slip by and we all forgot to mention it again. That area of the promenade is a very busy area and rather small. On Deck 10 it can be weather related though.
Usually the meets go by quickly and people are in and out. So much to do so little time. Everyone goes to the next thing they have planned.
Hope we all get out of the harbor ok if we dissers are all on the port side. Save room for me I'll be there.

Something funny happened to DH yesterday. He went and got a shirt out of the closet. He put it on and as he was leaving I asked him where are you going. He had put on a Disney shirt by mistake. He wore it anyway. He's got Disney on his mind too. He's got a few Disney shirts so it didn't matter.

I'm off tomorrow - I was originally going to only take a 1/2 day off but then my closest coworker told me to take the entire day off cuz I wouldn't be worth anything

RE:breakfast - I think Jackie & I were planning on doing room service. I do want to really try to get on that 1st bus and as Jackie needs to be in the lobby by 830a - I may just head down w/ her. Once we know what room you'll be in - I can always get the coffee & hot cocoa to you

Monica - we arrive at about 10:00 PM from Chicago. Sukie and I are early risers (I normally get up about 5:00 AM, and I doubt my internal clock will reset in 1 night), so we'll be up pretty early, but will do a restaurant breakfast if you're interested. You know my name, so you can just call the operator to see if we've checked in yet. You also still have my cell phone number, right?

I am sorry to hear about Nan's dog. My prayers and thoughts are with her.

I am busy working on stuff I need to do for the trip. I am so lazy now. LOL.
