Are you coming to Fishlips?

Sadly, no. I get in by 10am (assuming I make my 35 minute connection in Atlanta, HAHAHA!). My other half doesn't get in until 8pm or so. I'll be picking up my cruise wardrobe from my friend's house, doing a little shopping and lunching in WDW, checking up on a few fellow CMs, buying toiletries at Wal Mart, and eventually by the end of the night we'll make it to Cocoa/Port Canaveral.

So my bigger question is, not whether or not *I* make the connection to my plane in Atlanta, if my luggage will make it with me to Orlando. That will be fun. When I booked the flight I picked the 35 minute connecting flights just for the adventure of it all! There are flights to MCO all day long so I'm not worried. I can always hang out in the airline lounge...I don't mind Atlanta.

So unless I run into someone from this brood at Ron Jon, say around midnight, (and I'm sure somebody will be!) then I will see you at the terminal! I love that Ron Jon is open all night...those are my kind of hours!

What airline are you flying?

I would find a 35 minute connection awfully stressful.

I'm flying on Delta and my other half gets the nice nonstop on JetBlue. But, he has to work Friday and I don't, so I guess that's only fair!

I think I get in about 745 and my second flight leaves at 820. Some days the gates are right next to each other, and some days you have to go from B to T. One time I had to go from E to T. I thought I was going to die. Amazingly my luggage made it, too. I've had good luck!!

You'll be fine! Our flight leaves at 9am so we may pass you and not even know it!

I fly far too much (IMHO) to worry about it. :) I'm not in a hurry--I look at it as in, gee, I can go enjoy some quiet lounge time in the world's busiest airport. I never thought I would say flying through ATL is a pleasant experience, but it usually is!

Look for me...I will be the one who left all their stress back at the office and home...with that sea-gazing look in their eyes... :) :) :)

I love our airport! Very easy to get around in and lots of places to eat and people watch.

anyone know what the offical stateroom count is for FE?

I can't believe it's only five more days away!!!!!

Just popping in quickly. I am so far behind with no chance of catching up....but I am home from a GREAT conference in Portland. Despite it being totally stressful and a crazy schedule, I am so glad I went.

Safe travels everyone leaving in the next few days!

Morning Marilyn.

We have to hit Rockn Bar D for Palo changes. Our table booked a dinner and then I ended up getting brunch private room the same date. So we'll be looking to move our dinner to another night. That shouldn't be too difficult as we have several dates to chose from that will work and there are the most seating options with dinner.

Also plan on hitting guest services (maybe AFTER eating) to find out about the ship events that require signing up. DEFINATELY want to do the one that takes you backsage at the Walt theater and a galley tour.

Cheri...I SAW THAT POST LAST NIGHT! :lmao:

I'm thinking I need to have breakfast out...on my way to get my haircut...no I should save the $$ and just make an egg here....no, I want a fancy schmancy omlette....no, wait and have LUNCH out....no....

That was me, practicing on making decisions, which I will have to be doing in a big way before I zip up that suitecase today!

.

Jackie, that is exactly what I want to do as we have brunch and dinner on the same day!!:scared1:

Ok, everyone I did a really simple website for Friends and Family to bookmark that will give itinerary and webcam links. It is not password protected, check it out and pass it on to friends, family and classrooms. Anything that would be cool to add, let me know

That's great Pj, thanks.:thumbsup2

just to let everyone know - hubby made it home safe and sound - but that means less time here :) and we leave in 2 days - I have a lot to do - I am waiting on one person to answer a PM from me and then I will be ready to send out the postcard list - if you leave before I print them - I will have sheets that I will deliver the first day to each cabin participating so you can deliver - we are still on track with 25 cards.

Krisann

Pop out for another suitcase!!!;)

I have just finished packing apart from last minute things. Not setting off till 2pm ish, so no rush in the morning.

I don't want more than the 6 we are taking just in case dh doesn't have time to check a bag in Aca. One will be totally empty once we get in our room since it's filled with goodies and things that we will not be taking home with us.

but you will probably have goodies from others to take home.:confused3

We have 2 big suitcases, a smaller one and a garment bag. I feel it is too much, but I like choice and it looks like we will have trouble doing laundry.
