OH MAN! I left one in my cabin because I didn't think I could take it off!!! BUMMER! Wish I had it now...

I got a bunch....ask your kids Nan::yes:: ...I gave them each one::yes:: at the shows one night (I think Pirate night when the messed up and weren't dressed in time). I got one off the ship, but the rest we ate on board!!!!

please stop talking about food, my room service button broke already, I tried to get Paul to pick up a BLT on his way home from getting Molly at play practice and he told me no. Darn it. I had the $1 ready and everything :rotfl2:

I suppose Paul wouldn't be willing to run a Mickey bar:mickeybar :mickeybar :mickeybar by my house, then? :rotfl2:

I was so bummed today and yesterday, paying for food!

Speaking of food, it's funny how differently people experience things. I thought the food on our cruise was somewhat better than the last time I cruised (June 06). The only thing that was not good was the steak I had the first night. After that, everything I had was great! I almost always followed our server's recommendations, however.

Hi Lisa,
I was the one that told Daniel about the single rider line for CA Screaming. Glad you guys had a good time! It's good to hear from you!

Kathe, good to hear from you, too. I've been reading everything but haven't posted much. I make replies in my head to almost every post, but haven't had the energy (mental, as well as physical) to write a lot.

I've been very foggy all day. I've thought many times of your folks that had to go back to work today--you definitely have my condolences! I've definitely had the "re-entry to real life" hangover today.

My cold has moved into the "I need a stick of dynamite for my nose!" stage--I'm really congested, but feel that means that I'm progressing through the stages to eventually be all well. I really think if it hadn't been for the antibiotics I brought with me and started taking several days ago, that I'd be MUCH sicker.

Woody posted awhile back about waking up and think you were in your stateroom. That happened to me during the night on Sunday. I was sleeping at my sister's so still not at home. I was pretty disoriented.

Then it happened again last night in my own bed. I wonder how long it'll take for me to realize I'm home?

I've really been enjoying everyone's pictures! I've also been reading the trip reports that have been posted so far. It looks like there were lots of good times going on that I missed out on!

Ian, congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I didn't know about it until I read it here. Are you guys going to get another wearing out of your tuxes, tails and top hats? I can't wait for the pictures!

I realized when I got home that I'd left my iPod in the rental car in Phoenix. This was not a false alarm like the sunglasses--I thought I'd left my sunglasses in my rental car at Cocoa Beach, but they finally turned up. Anyway, I called Jackie and she went by the rental place. It was already closed, but she looked inside our vehicle and saw the iPod bag on the floor of the car. I'm happy to report that my sister's nanny picked it up for me today so it's safe and sound!

This was the trip of losing things! I thought I'd lost my annual pass at Goofy's Kitchen on Sunday. I looked through my wallet 3 or 4 times and couldn't find it, even though I'd JUST used it when we paid for the buffet so we could get the passholder's discount. It was only after reporting it missing and then taking EVERYTHING out of my purse and looking on more time that I found it--right where I thought it should have been! Oy--this memory thing is really a drag!:worried:

I had to laugh when I read Gayleen's post about going to Costco and buying all that fruit. I bought a bunch of fruit today, too, but it's won't be like the ship.

As far as weight gain--I'd bought a scale right before the trip so weighed myself before leaving home on the 7th. When I got home last night, I stepped on it and it read...127 pounds! In my dreams! I got off and got back on and this time it read...345 pounds! To make a long story short, I ended up taking it back to Costco today and getting another one. According to this one, I gained less than a pound! I can't believe it! I guess taking the stairs and walking from one end of the ship to the other several times a day paid off! But I ate so much, or at least it seemed like I did. But for the most part it wasn't junk (well, except for the desserts!). Someone else mentioned craving sugar--I was really craving sugar Sunday and Monday. Today was much better.

I MISS EVERYONE!:( It was so much fun to be surrounded by friends! Hope everyone is doing well and adjusting to reality as well as can be expected!

Where are the pictures :furious: Do you really miss me

How have you been married so long. Husbands don't want $1 :rolleyes1

This was my first cruise but I will tell you that it was better than the dinner I made tonight.

Our server...Putu...was great with the recom. as well. Since I don't like red meat I usually did my own thing. Overall the food was ok, some nights better than others. One of my favorite was the tuna sashimi from the last night....and Putu actually said he wouldn't recom. that but I went with it anyway.

I meant adventure for the ca peeps..I'm done with disney for a while. Need some adult fun...heehee

I went with the recommendations after she knew what I liked, before that she recommended mostly the same things as the menu. I was disappointed on CA night because they had a filet on there and I didn't realize it was there so I ordered something that was not on the menu. Jon got it and let me try it and it was the best thing I had tried.

Woody..it was fun running into you around the ship. Especially the last morning. I loved that to me it was just us 4 disser up on deck at 6am. Although, you definately looked the best of all of us, with joe coming in 2nd. Tim and I looked like we were dragged behind a car..well mostly tim! hahaha
Steph, it was a blast!

Nice meeting you pre-cruise at DL (with Edna Mode and Flat Stanley), and at Epcot for lunch (with several other DISers).

I will always remember your waving to me from the glass mid-ship elevators. A first!

The four of us on last morning at 6am reminded me of the ending to American Graffiti. After their escapades, the characters talk about going off to work, college, and Disneyland. Well, maybe not exactly Disneyland -- but that's Hollywood. No imagination.

Woody

I ordered that filet, but didn't notice it had a red sauce on it. The filet was good, but the sauce on it wasn't to me. I ate way too much red meat so I'll be taking a break for that for a while.

The one I'm talking about had blue cheese crumbles on it.

Where and when? We'll be there. Were you thinking Vegas? Is that adult enough?

OOOOHHH vegas...I haven't been there in a while. That could be fun! I need to pay off my credit card..ouch, but we should talk, maybe in early-mid fall when the weather is good?

We don't have to do that. It was just the first thing that came to mind when you said adult. What's in between my house and yours?

IT was just like that....and it was nice meeting you all around too. Glad you got a kick out of the elevator.
