I had a minor panic then until I realised our Mother's day was in March!!:)

sorry! I was not thinking that not everyone celebrates Mother's Day at the same time :)

My mother passed away almost 5 years ago so mother's day is bitter sweet for me (she was only 53 and it was sudden) but I have a box of cards I am sending out to others from my life who have been "motherly" in my eyes these past years for me.

I sent out the reminder because I almost forgot to get the cards todgether!

Ohhh Lisa!!! It will keep you on your toes!!!

Back at ya friend!!! Hey can you save me some of those chocolate covered Matzos????

Michelle,

You have hit a WEAK SPOT for me. I LOVE chocolate covered matzo. I was very brave and did not buy any this year. I did stand in the aisle in the supermarket and look longingly at it, while it sang to me.

As a matter of fact, I bypassed lots of goodies I love, such as 7 layer cake.

I did get real extravagant and bought handmade matzo. There is no comparison between the machine made, and handmade hearth stuff.

However, I did pass up the butter and jam. I LOVE a crunch piece of matzo with lots of butter and strawberry jam.

OK, I've rambled on enough. I'm sure that no one else here has a clue what I'm talking about.

I understand, I hate clutter too, but I'm not good at keeping it under control either.

I always save Molly's good clothes thinking I can ebay them. Mostly the American Girl stuff, but I never have done it. We cleared the last of it out of her closet this last week and it's sitting in a big tub in the house in the WAY of my life.

I need to hire an ebay posting for me. One that will come to my house photograph and list everything and sell it and package it and give me .10 on the $1. seriously I'd take 1/2 if someone did this kind of business...maybe that is worth an idea, a rowing ebay helper seller...:rolleyes1

ok here are my suggestions....

Do you have a Goodwill, Salvation Army or Hope in your town? Some of these places will pick up if you call them. Look in the yellow pages. Get it planned, once you have a drop off or pick up date on the calendar that helps get motovated.

The eating thing, suck. Can't help ya, can't control myself either. I keep telling myself I'll do it when....some date in the future, but when that date comes I make an excuse and new date. I have another doctors appointment in June and she is going to kill me. Nothing done and might be worse after the cruise (although I do exercise like a fiend on vacation and have been known to lose weight) No solution on that end. I'm still thinking of sending myself to a fat farm, just scared to do it alone.

We do have Goodwill and Salvation Army and some others, but I didn't realize they pick up. That's cool...thanks! :thumbsup2

I am behind, I know, but I wanted to let everyone know that we will have a small table because my sister cancelled as well. Her son woke up with a fever and she is worried about having him in the cold. Sorry guys.

I wondered who the other 2 were, I thought you made a space for Robin and Cindy or Robin & Nan:sad2:

It's really cause you want a spot for me and nan...just in case:lmao:

well I gave up on you, I thought it was me and others.

what are you doing, we can get in the car and be there for the fireworks...just kidding....

Ian, I so know what you are talking about. My babysitter and best friend were jewish and I did everything with them as kid. But never had chocolate covered matzo, just the idea, :cloud9: .

I know every parent has problems with their kids, and I don't mean to make it sound like he's the only kid with issues, but that's just way too much sadness for a 5 year old to carry. :sad1: Took me forever to type this because it made me cry all over again. :sad1:

Holly he is your kid and your kid is the most IMPORTANT KID IN THE WORLD (to you) just as mine are to me. You need to have him in the front and center of everything you do and say that is your job as a mom and it's the most important job in the world. We are here to listen and we understand the need to vent.

I know we've asked and you have answered about his meds being worked into his program, but I have to tell you that with the daily stresses he is having those meds need to be given to him ASAP. You know something has to move towards helping him and the vacation while it will be fun it's also going to be a big stress on him. I would think it would be better to get him on something sooner than later, you are getting up against a time deadline now. You don't want to spend your vacation managing his outburst. Remember you aren't going to have his Dad to help you, while others here have offered to help no one else is Tyler's parent and sometimes kids need their parents to be in an okay place. I just hope that you can have some peace on the trip and to get that something has to give him a spot of rest. I think the meds are a path to that answer. Sorry for my rant at you, I hope you know I'm trying to help. You of course can let it slide off your back if you don't feel it's helpful.

Thank you! She will love it and it's so much better than the one I did!

I would go but Cindy would kill me.

but maybe John would love Gaylean, from the way he was talking the other night you may need to find the way back into the love my friend....:rolleyes1

I know it is the one expensive thing I've talked to Paul about and he is all for it. He constantly tells me to do whatever I need to do to get healthy, which for me means loose weight and exercise.

Food, we all understand that language, unfortunately...:guilty:

Iknow just howyou feel....I am starting to not be able to breathe when I think about it....HELP ME!!

Ok Lisa... in through the mouth... out through the nose... HE HE...

:lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: Hope Tebow doesn't feel sick.

I'll check for the John....do still have the one's for the girls?

Bet Tebow is going to start to stick to anything metal????

Don't mind me, I'm just grumpy most of the time now for quite some time. I read all the posts, but usually just have nothing to say. I know, that's not like me.

Deleted the rest because I shouldn't be whining about being down when others here have gone through and/or are going through major things. :(

$275 in 3 hours! Now what can I spend it on?

NAN..... :rotfl2:
