question-where are the laundry rooms I could find it looking on the DCL website ....wondering if we are near one....I don't plan on doing laundry but worried about smell/noise? Maybe my kids will have another idea about this and get everything really dirty and I'll have no choice

We have prepaid our tips the last three cruises. You pay for it now and then when they pass out the envelopes they also pass out receipts that you put in the envelope letting the cast members know that they have this coming.

ok so all the westcoasters posted mega posts a few days ago and so I got soooo behind determined to catch up today...missed all of the excitement of room assignments. Well, we did not get an upgrade hoping for a verandah but got stuck with the big window we ordered We are in 2024 looked it up only one review from someone on the wonder said quiet good location with easy access to entertainment. I'm kind of creeped out by being on level 2 in the dungeon...I usually stay in 6 or 7 and our last cruise we booked a balcony so we'll miss not having that especially on this cruise...may call tommorow to see $ difference and maybe up it...if there is any room and no not interested in the haunted cat.4 room

Nan-we are renting a car for the week in FL so we'll drive to NASA Friday and we are staying with my MIL they live in Melbourne(FIL works in Cape Canaveral)

sounds nice on the car. I think I'll draft an email to DH and print it and stick it on his chair telling him that he can figure it out, since I've done all the rest. (as usual )

Speaking of parties, I contacted Inventory Contol at DCL regarding a room for our Champagne Girls Party. We've got 45 ladies and we're going to need to get a room. They are working on getting us Sessions for 4pm PC crossing day, May 16th. So everyone put that down tentatively and I'll let you know when they confirm it with me.

Ok - I just pricelined our hotel for this Saturday for Mouseadventure. Have to be well rested so need to drive up the day before.

Not my best offer but we got the Holiday Inn on Manchester for $75. Hopefully it is decent.

Better call it a night. Have to be at work an hour early tomorrow so that 5:15 alarm is going to be harsh.

Congrats to everyone on getting their rooms today. One more thing off the list.

And John - glad to hear your brother is doing better.

OH hey all the nail thread had me worried so I called DCL and they had to call the ship but they called me back and said that YES they can do a full set of acrylic nails on the ship!

So I can book an appointment for a fill after I get onboard!

I was thinking I was going to be wandering mexico looking for a nail salon.

Good news! I just got my nails done today and was telling my nail tech that I was going to have to get a fill on the ship...if I could!
