I have to wonder if Marr's DCL rep/TA didn't quite understand what she wanted to do with her tips and pre-paying. And did the OBC with the funds instead.

You could be right. Our TA was not sure at first, but she got DCL to explain it to both of us. Still a little confused but I think we did it correctly.

It's amazing how much more exciting it is having the room number.:dance3:

I'm with you Marilyn, I like knowing where I'm going to be. John is adding our room number to our door magnets now. I called DCL and said, you finally gave me a room number, now make sure my flowers get delivered there. They checked and my number was added to my order. I called cruiseline formalwear and they added my room number to my order. It makes me feel better knowing that my stuff will find me and show up where I am going to be. Now I can do luggage tags because I have a room number!!!!!!!! I'm so thrilled and excited and happy to have a home on the boat.

Illness, I don't want to wake up the morning we are leaving for WDW and be sick, or worse yet a toothache.

When we came back from our last cruise I had to have a root canal. I had a tooth filled before we left and things went down hill from there. This year I planned my dental appts for last month. So all should be good!

Thing I most worry about - yup getting sick...

cough, cough, hack hack - already had to cancel my dive this Saturday....due to a cold......

I'd hate not to be able to dive on the cruise...(well, off the cruise is more correct) how about, while on the cruise????:surfweb: I need coffee...

WE HAVE A STATEROOM NUMBER!!! WE'RE IN 6040!
Unfortunately there's no stateroom report listed for it so I can't check it out ahead of time....

BUT HEY, WE'RE OUT OF THE LIFEBOAT!
:yay: :yay:

Congrats :cheer2: on your room assignment...

Where are the stateroom reports listed?????

I used DU so I am sure they deal with this a lot but I did call DCL to check my account since I have a lot of OBC stacked up. Hmmm

I so want to check the ressie to see if we are in the same cabin, but I have no clue what the number is, lol. It is in an e-mail from last January on the home computer.

Pj

Well, if you had a Windows machine you could log into Terminal Services and access it ... :cool1: :cool1:

Hey Deb, way to go on the assignments. Are you aft? We are 7 aft.

I did spend some time sort of packing last night. I more or less was putting together my outfits. I don't want to actually pack until the week before. That way I make sure that the weight is evenly distributed since delta is now limited us to one check bag a piece.:scared1: I'm going to try to keep the extra bag to one. So I do have to do some adjusting.

We are 7 aft as well...

But I am not going to stress over luggage. We managed a great rate on the tickets so I will pay the $25 per extra bags....But we only have to fly one way...

I am going to pack the spare room clothes into the attic so I can use the rods to start putting together the outfits.....No extra space in our small house. this should work. Of course, I still need to take down the Easter decorations...they also have to go into the attic.

Then measure and weigh the suitcases. I think they are over the 62 inches.
We may be going the rest of the gang at the stores this weekend.

Thanks everyone for the updates on the stateroom assignments. Guess that means I'll start working on the mini nav's in the next couple of weeks.

Got rear ended on Friday. Now my Jeep is in the shop and got a rental car for the next month. Also through my neck and back out of whack so now I get to go to physical therapy 3 times a week for the next month. The girl driving the 4 x 4 Toyota Tundra full size, didn't even stop. She was going about 35 miles per hour. Thank goodness I was in the jeep and not a small car.

Jamie had dance competition all last weekend. She won 1st place for her division for her solo Friday night and then she ended up being the overall solo winner for her age category for the highest score!!!! Too bad I didn't make it to see her solo. So, I had to spend $35 for the DVD so I have it! More dance competitions this weekend too.

Okay, besides that, work...work...work. Trying to get cookie sale wrapped up and March financials ready for our board of directors meeting tomorrow afternoon.

Back to work!

Just jumping in to say Hi!

DH & I will be on this cruise, looking forward to making new friends and seeing old ones from the May TA cruise.

Welcome...it seems you have joined on room assignment day!

Hey they changed the swimming fishes on the website...now it's a swimming mickey!

OH hey all the nail thread had me worried so I called DCL and they had to call the ship but they called me back and said that YES they can do a full set of acrylic nails on the ship!

So I can book an appointment for a fill after I get onboard! :cheer2:

I was thinking I was going to be wandering mexico looking for a nail salon.

This must be new...they did not used to offer this service......
What's the scoop????

I know it would now cost me more to put the nanny in an 11 then she is costing in her 9!

On the flip side of that I could upgrade me to the crazy catagory 4 room for $3085 more from my 9.

I just wish I would hear from DVC about my upgrade I have been "waitlisted" for! If we got "upgraded" Chuck wouldn't have to bring his airbed to sleep on! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
