Seeing you stand next to the car really puts her size into perspective. Next to the mini she looks quite tall. But then, you see how much parking space is still available behind Mrs. Fezziwig. She is just as cute as can be.

Mrs. Bennett is going to want a new jacket or earrings at least.

Mrs. Bennett has been giving me the cold shoulder all day. I think I need to get the two of them aquainted.

My first concert was the Beatles in San Diego in (I think) 1964.

I am so jealous. I would have really liked to have seen the Beatles.

Where did you stay? I have been several times but my dh has never been. We are staying at the Westin. I've never stayed there before so I sure hope it is nice!

Well, the May 4th Wonder people are getting assignments and upgrades now too (saw a post dated 4/3). I don't think it will be a full two weeks for us.

I'm picking Friday April 11th for my room assignment day...see if you can meet that deadline DCL!

I still say this coming Tuesday. for our room assignments. Followed by Thursday April 17th or Friday April 18th for our documents. However many will be receiving their documents earlier or later than this. Now this is just my guess and reading other posts and past cruises this seems to be the norm for us.

While we were there we did the island tour and really enjoyed it. The guide was also very good. The traffic was bad though. I do want to go back. As you know it is beautiful. The Westin should be very nice.

My dh is doing that tour and he's going to St Bart's one day. I will be by the pool with a strawberry coleda in hand!

Something Exotic

Not that I intend to bore everyone with pictures of my car (even if I am), BUT, I thought that these photos might be a bit exotic for some of you.

In the past few months some of you have posted pictures of your houses and lovely environs.

It occurred to me that our Chicago environs might be exotic for some of you.

So here are some pictures taken today, behind our house.

We live next to the El. We have no backyard, though we do have a small patio off to one side of the garage.

On the plus side, though we do not have a backyard, our house is on the annual garden tour because of the front yard and the landscaping (I am not the gardener), and 1/2 block away is a movie theatre and 22 restaurants.
