. . . After the 70's I started seeing JAZZ shows - saw George Benson and Al Jarreau a million times then toured with Carl Anderson on a bus and loved all the folks I got to meet. That reminds me there is a jazz club at Pleasure Island.

Wow, JAZZ. That's another Jeopardy category.

I saw George Benson (Breezin' tour), and Al Jarreau (Breakin' Away tour). Would love to see Earl Klugh. Jeffrey Osborn (he's more R&B) has the most incredible voice ("On the Wings of Love").

Smart Car Day!

We were up bright and early this morning to go and pick up Mrs. Fezziwig, our "orphan" Smart Car.

Well, went into the kitchen, turned on the stove, put some Smart Balance in the pan and the phone rang. Yep, Peg, wanting to go out to breakfast. So I plopped in a few drops of Egg Beater and scrambled up a little treat for Acoma and went out instead. Now I'm back and ready for a nap.

Have any of you flew Allegiant airlines? This is my first time flying with them. I was on the transportation board earlier this morning and asked a question about my carry-on. I gave them the dimensions that allegiant gave on their website and asked about my carry-on being 23"D and Allegiants was 19"D. That 23" D includes wheels and straps. I got a responce but the person responding must be having a bad day because she capitalize and put in red her answer. She said that was no carry-on it was luggage. So anyone with experience with Allegiant airlines luggage carry-ons have any answer and please no capital red letters. I think this person could be someone who just likes to stir up trouble.

I spent the morning getting waxed, buffed, polished, and tanned so I am ready for St Maartin! I guess I should finish packing.

Since I couldn't get my ressie to come up on the DCL site I called and they said that it would be about 2 more weeks before we get rooms!

so cute! weird to see you all in winter clothes while we are running around in swimsuits!

Thanks for the laugh! It just shows everybody has a different perspective. Just yesterday I let the kids put away the snow pants and switch to splash pants - they are still wearing mitts to play outside.

Well, the May 4th Wonder people are getting assignments and upgrades now too (saw a post dated 4/3). I don't think it will be a full two weeks for us.

I'm picking Friday April 11th for my room assignment day...see if you can meet that deadline DCL!

Seeing you stand next to the car really puts her size into perspective. Next to the mini she looks quite tall. But then, you see how much parking space is still available behind Mrs. Fezziwig. She is just as cute as can be.

Mrs. Bennett is going to want a new jacket or earrings at least.
