Thank you everyone for your comments. MouseFaninQueue, it was your family photo that made me finally decide to get everyone dressed for pirate night. Your family portraits are beautiful.

Thank you for the kind words. Then I guess that makes it worth all the hassle of finding the right sizes to put in the sig! There just aren't enough places where it is ok for adults to have some fun and be a kid again, so we take advantage of them when they do come around! (Plus my wife had put so much work into them I was going to be killed if I didn't wear it!!) And it was fun. We got a few comments from people (alot of people saying they wish they had brought costumes after the fact). It actually surprised me the number of people who were disappointed they hadn't brought costumes after the fact.

For us it's a matter of being comfortable with people. We've met a lot of people that we didn't know before. We know Monica because we met her on our first cruise when I interviewed her for a podcast, and we've been fast friends ever since.

I also produce Mouse Manager, which has had over 2000 downloads, and I correspond with people many times a day, and have made many friends, some of whom are on this thread, and I have joined in with other people on this thread (fish extender team, etc.)

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but for some reason, sitting down and breaking bread with people has a certain intimacy.

We are also not a typical couple, and so there is concern as well that our table-mates are comfortable with us. Otherwise, mealtime could have the potential of being rather strained. Sort of like a bad weekend in an English country house.

Just ask Monica, she can vouch for how bizarre we are!

Ok - if you're bizarre & we're fast friends...what does that make me?? :rotfl: :confused3

Ian & Sukie are great people. They are the only ones I've kept in touch with from our Dec06 DW thread, and have been able to spend time w/ them each time they come back to the World.

John is working this morning so i am catching up with things I should have done this week - washing the floors, cleaning the bathroom etc!! I'm getting so lazy with all this Dising and cruise planning. What will I do from June?:confused3

You'll keep talking to us:thumbsup2

A quick post of pictures then I should go to bed since it is like 4:30am LOL. Here are two casual dresses I bought. Same dress in two different colors. I figure they can be dressed up with different jewelry and shoes and will be comfy.

Here is the Nordstroms model wearing it on the website to get a better idea of what it looks like on.

Marr - these are beautiful dresses.

Here is the Vivienne Tam dress I bought that my son told me I looked like a cow when I tried it on. I said "what!!!! a cow??" My son (who is 4) said the "colors are same as cows" :lmao: So here I thought I looked more like one of the 101 Dalmations myself. :rotfl:

I'd definately say more Dalmation than cow

As I said before, we officially adopted Monica.

She's compelled to see us every time we're in WDW. It's one of those things where there it isn't a matter of free choice. Besides, we tempt her with new and exciting restaurants every time.

We're still sort of bizarre people though ...

Now I'm thinking of naming my Chumby Mrs Bennett.

And back at you too! We should try to have a mini meet up here in the northwest. I will be in Chehalis Mar 5-7 to be with my mom for surgery. How far is that from you?

I would certainly be up for a mini PNW meet, but those dates I'll be in Mexico :beach: Maybe sometime in April....the girls have their break for a week and we thought about heading to Portland for a few days just to get away. If we do that...I'll let you know! Hope your mom's surgery goes well..... Oh and Chehalis is about 1.5 hours from me I think...not too far away, so let me know if you are back in that area.

Happy Friday everyone. I've just been reading and not posting much because of the same old excuse of not having any time! I hope everyone is doing well and not stressing out about Sunday as much as me! Anyway, someone asked me a good question today and maybe you all know. Can you wear shorts (docker type) on tropical and Mexican night? I heard anything goes on pirate night so I was just wondering.

Does anyone know the answer to this? This is a good question.

Brilliant.:thumbsup2 Off to check again here.

Thats ok by me, though I am still thinking after the Walt and the Roy I can surely come up with a great name.:lmao:

LIFEBOAT SUITE #1-

Who else has been forced out???????
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well time to get the kids ready for swimming and then we are off to Prince George today. Hope everyone has a great weekend and I'll catch up (yeah well maybe) on Sunday night!

QUOTE=scottishwee35;23384686]This Morning, I was laughing when I opened the birthday card from my brother, it said Sister, I've planned a fun-filled cruise in the Mediterranean for your birthday, when I opened it and it said Can you water my plants while I'm away? with a cat dressed up tropical!!

Look like my family know I love Disney Cruise, :rolleyes1

Anyway, today is my birthday, and I am going out with my 7 friends for lunch then go to bar for champagne.:thumbsup2 :dance3:

I will be out all day until tonight.:)
