I got an update on my mom's friend. She had a urinary track infection and she couldn't fight it off. They gave her a day to live. I am so sad and worried. I was just looking thru my pics and found one of her fixing my wedding dress. Everyone went to see her today and say goodbye, except me. I kept my sister but my mom told her I wanted to be there and gave her and her daughter(my friend) a hug. I feel terrible but they didn't want my sister there as she would freak out and get nightmares.

I am so sorry - I pray that she will soon be at peace and her family and firends will cherish the memories you shared, like the time she spent with you for your wedding. It is never easy.

I rarely dress up either in "real" life but I have always loved dressing up so if there is a chance for me to get into a formal I will.

I've got the postcard dress

We have the Red Hawaiian Disney outfits - they will be our Tropical night wear and one night for Parrot Cay as well....DH has a shirt and I have the skirt - that's all the red flowers we could go with - plain tops and bottoms for the rest of the outfit.

Someone posted they may wear their tropical outfits to board. For the first time cruisers - there is a great photo shot when you board - a big map of where we are going....

Speaking of photos - For the returning PC Cruisers, what is the photo budget for this trip???? We want all the special prints but is there a good package?

We have another wind chill weather alert today. It is 8F and the wind chill will be as bad as -25F.

So, I have on the long underwear, 2 pairs of socks, a sweater, scarf, down parka, down mittens and am going to head out and wait for the bus and head to work.

Ok - I thought my cats were spoiled but I'm not cooking for them yet

She just gets a couple of bites of my leftovers...so whatever I'm having, she's having. She's sooooo old and soooo skinny, I pretty much let her have whatever she wants.

I don't know if you all ever go ever to Dis signs board but Disney sent some of them a message saying they can't post their designs anymore. So I am having to learn to do this stuff myself now. Here is my first attepmt.

I hadn't heard about that. Were people taking money for doing stuff for other DISers? Good job on yours!

Marilyn do you have everything you need for the cruise? Whan I was in Fl I went to Walmart and bought everything we will need. Filled a whole suitecase that I left at my friends. One less I have to carry on the plane. All I have to pack now is clothes.
