ha ha it still is....it a good family memory for me too. We used to stop there on the way to the Lake as kids....flown in once too. I used to fly little planes did I tell you guys that? During my teenage and college years...

Well we got some bad news today and need some prayers.

I was supposed to spend the first half of my day scrapping with my mom, she even took the day off. Well this morning she called to say her friend who has lukemia was on life support and they think she was not going to make it. SHe was going to visit her, I told her to stay as long as she needed we would do our things another day. They think the chemo instead of helping her is killing her. She has a daughter 26 year old daughter and new grandson. Yesterday she was haullcinating and today she is unresponsive. She still has a chance but it is small.

Hope things get better.

I also belong to the same mommy club. Vacation is my time to relax and chill out a little.

My wife and I are just dying to go on this cruise. We've been on a bunch of Disney cruises including 2 of the DVC Member cruises. Mostly 4 dayers and one 7 day eastern carribbean. I can't wait to go thru the canal I'm betting it's a blast. I saw some messages where people were talking about booking events and I was disapointed when on the 10th when I went online to book a brunch at 8:00am est that they were all gone already. I'm hoping there will be a waiting list when we get onboard.

Hey guys, it seems we have all been doing a lot of this lately but if you could send some prayers and pixie dust it would be nice. My cousin's husband (he is 42 with 3 DKs 13 and under) was taken to the hospital in Delaware, Ohio a little earlier with chest pains. They determined that he had a heart attack and has 4 blood clots in his lungs and have sent him on to a bigger hospital in Columbus (Delaware is about 30 miles north of Columbus).

Mmmm I love the Cheesecake Factory. They just opened one like a MILE from my house, which is awesome, but we haven't had any money to go out to dinner I've only been to Cheeseburger in Paradise once (in Vegas), but it was really good.

So cute!! I actually found a gorgeous dress at the BCBG outlet last week, but I couldn't justify the cost. In stunk, because I loved the dress, and when I tried it on, it FIT perfectly and looked really good! That never happens! Plus, it was 50% off! Still out of my price range though (which is like $0!)

I finally booked our rental cars for California. We're getting a cargo van and a passenger van from Enterprise and dropping them at the Long Beach airport.

I went and booked a pedicure appointment for the cruise (on the day we do the Panama Canal passage). I might not have the money for it, but I can always cancel it in a few weeks if I don't think it will work. I can't WAIT for this vacation already!

And then she got to take some cupcakes to daycare to share with her friends.
When she got home, she got to pick dinner (Shock! McDonald's!!).
Then we opened some of her presents and we had some cake.

This weekend she gets her "Party" with rest of our family. Tonight was just the 4 of us.

Now it's time to hit the bike and then hit the sack.

Ok, another update on my TMI, so my friend had her kidney ultrasound today....it's just a cyst! YAHOO! We are so excited that she has tentatively received an all clear. She meets with her oncologist tomorrow to discuss the lung blip, hopefully they can compare her CT from last year to this year to see if it was there then. If yes, even better, it could just be a scar from a pulmonary emboliss she had last year. forgive the spelling, i'm no doctor! Anyways, we went out tonight before my puberty party (more later) and celebrated with a glass of wine and alot of smiles.

On another note, tonight I went to a "puberty" meeting at school. To discuss the curriculmn that they will be doing with our kids. Funny enough, I learned 2 things tonight...I didn't know before. AND I'm not sharing. You'll just have to take puberty all over again in school to learn!
AND YES, I was the parent in back giggling when the naked pics came out..hee hee
