I cannot decide if I should tough it out and try to get up or close the blinds and try to get some sleep.

I am excited about what we got since my son is four and can't do much due to his age. It seems the sold out excursions were more the "adventure" and "action" types. The old fashion tours like I wanted were all there for the taking although it took hours to get one and hours for another and then when a lot of people went to bed after another few hours I was able to book the rest in one shot!

great, now I can't get out of the "servicing" I've tried logging out, logging out of the computer, but nothing's helping! this is ridiculous

I have no idea if this is true or not, but it seemed to me that the ability to book was in cycles. When I could book, others were not so lucky, for an hour or so later, I was locked out when some could book. Maybe they do "service" the ressies in some kind of numerical order, on some type of timed intervals.

Really have no idea, but it seemed weird how none of us were able to book at the same time for most of the night.

Good morning everyone . . .

Well, at least it is a good morning for me, as I slept through all the madness last night. I feel awful that I left PJ and my other friends to deal with all the craziness that I saw on the last thread. I read about 30 of the 70 pages posted after I went to bed, and decided to stop because much of it is repeated frustration.

Wish I had a nickel for every time those darn fish were cursed!

I guess the number of repeat cruisers and the probably small number of children really bogged the system down. I agree that Disney needs to find a better way of doing this, and perhaps we should complain to DCL about all of this.

Anyway, to all of you who went through it last night.

I was getting like a half hour in the site for an hour locked out it seemed.

Will try to get back on and book whatever I couldn't get into if I can think straight. No sleep, up every 15-20min, not sure if he's throwing up or coughing and spitting out stuff he's coughed up because both acts sound the same at this point. Fever went back up to almost 103, Tylenol, a popsicle (that's amazing because he doesn't like them), but now temp is down to a reasonable level. I don't know if I should give him something for the cough or if its better to let him cough that stuff up. I'd imagine it's better to cough it up and out, especially since he's taking so much other stuff (Tamiflu, Amoxicillin, Motrin, Tylenol). Oh, I managed to get him to eat 1 bit of cereal with his popsicle. Not much, and I don't blame him for not being hungry, but don't want to give him all these meds on an empty stomach, but have to give them to him.

OK.....done whining. Sorry!

One night over Holly. Probably tonight he will sleep well and so will you. Heartbreaking to see your children ill isn't it.

Just got palo dinner, way later than i wanted but I hope I can change the time...like the date though. At least I have something to show for hours on here

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention--- DH got the awful puking flu around 3 am. So even when I gave up on the stupid fishies, I was still up all night with misery

OK nevermind on the being hungry. He thought he wanted something but when I brought it to him he couldn't eat. Whatever, just go to sleep kid. He'll eventually have to.

Sleep is a good thing and as you say - eventually!!

Las Caletas Hideaway vs. Paradise Beach Adventure??

There's a lot more activities listed under Las Caletas, but are those going to cost extra on top of the already $89 price tag or are they included?

I selected a Palo brunch time last night and had it show up on "My Cruise Plans." I then tried to book a tea, also, but never got the available times to show up. I went to bed with the fish still swimming. They were still swimming this morning. I got out of the system and logged back in, and my brunch is now gone!

There are no brunch or tea times available. I am so angry, because it was listed on my schedule, and now it's gone! I just called DCL and was told that they are not even booking tea or brunch times now and to "try again tomorrow." Reading here, that's obviously BS, because a lot of you have tea and/or brunch. Moreover, my account is now "being serviced," so I can't even try to get dinner (while on hold this AM I got a dinner time, but it listed it as uncomfirmed and won't let me confirm it). Right now I am so annoyed it has sucked all the pleasure out of anticipating this trip. I know that will pass, but AAARRGGH.

Any suggestions?

Funny, I just checked my notes on that before your post. So far, so good! He was supposed to take it again at 7am but threw up around then, so I gave it to him at 9:30 and it"s still staying down 1 hour later, so I think we're good on that...sound right?

I managed all three Palo ressies, Aruba Natural wonders and Cabo Harbour Cruise and Scenic Drive. Plus a hot stone massage!!!!! I think I was pretty near the last high tea to be booked.

I JUST REALIZED ONE OF THE BIG PROBLEMS!

i know many of us have linked our ressies but i just now discovered that of you were trying to book anything at the same time someone you have linked to was trying to book it locked up both ressies! since what you choose could impact both ressies they are tied together and you cannot book on one while the other is open, even if you are not booking anyone from that other cabin! i realized this because i have 2 cabins and whenever i have one open trying to book for my teen and am trying to bbok spa in the other cabin it says my ressie is being "retrieved" but as soon as i shut down my other ressie it went through just fine!

WHAT A NIGHT WE HAD LAST NIGHT. To all of you loyal disney fish (hating) people we were able to catch all the 4 excursions we wanted.

There has GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY.

Be sure you go back and check to see if you do have your excursions booked. They sometimes get lost.

I read someone say that you had to confirm within 20 minutes or lose it. some had a few reservations on the list uncon firmed, and when they got stuck on one they lost the lot!

Hey, I just got in and booked Coastal Highlights Tour in Cabo very quickly! Got 3 excursions, so I'm done with that.

Las Caletas Hideaway vs. Paradise Beach Adventure??

There's a lot more activities listed under Las Caletas, but are those going to cost extra on top of the already $89 price tag or are they included?

We read ALOT of reviews, etc. of both ... and chose Las Caletas. I believe everything mentioned is included (hiking, cooking lesson, clay craft activity, snorkel gear, kayaks, tubes). The only negative I found was someone thought they were too "structured" ... this because they came to the lunch area 90 minutes after scheduled lunch time and they were not happy with the selection that was presented to them at that time (most of the food was already disposed of). They also had some fun extras ... monkeys, etc. for photo ops and seems like they welcome you bringing your own cameras vs. taking the pictures and charging $$. This was our first choice (and what we booked), but Paradise was our 2nd choice ... also sounds fun.

But my brunch wasn't unconfirmed. It showed up on my list, and now it's gone, gone, gone. And DCL is lying that brunch and tea are even available yet.
