I see that I am not the only one for whom the fish are swimming! Trying to get a Palo ressie first then on to stops. I will hang in there. I am hoping not to have to rush the ship on day 1 for a brunch!

Well, we are all in the same boat. This cruise is unusual because of the huge number of returning cruisers, which means we're all trying to book things at the exact same time. I may give up and try in the morning. I don't know how long I can watch those little fish swim waiting for Palo. With 15 days, there are twice as many openings for Palo, so I think everyone will get in even if it isn't on the day they want.

fnally got in to palo's on one window--waiting for that to load from the fish. excursions are still showing the energizer fish on a different window

Try logging out and logging back in. That is the message I was getting before midnight, Eastern time. Then the message changed to the one about not being paid in full. I logged out and back in and was able to retrieve the reservation, but no luck getting the Palo window to open.

that happened to pretty much all of us...either press refresh or log out and try to log back in....its really slow

Click the logout button and start all over again and it will work
