Ok quick drive by post then will go catch up - I have 17 pages to read.

Met w/ the sleep dr today - I am getting a cpap. I requested a small one that travels well. Said could do. Company is supposed to be calling me tomorrow or Monday to set up for mask fitting. Hopefully this will help me not feel so sleepy all the time

Also - weighed myself this am....I'm now at 11.5 lbs since the beginning of the year *I am jumping up and down w/ this*

WAY TO GO on the weight loss!!!!!

Prayers needed:

I know many people have heard about the tornadoes that hit Tennessee. I live in Jackson - which is where the college (Union University) is that got destroyed.

I belong to one of the local Family and Community Education Clubs (also known as a homemakers club) and we just got word this morning that two members lost their homes in the tornado as well as one of the extension agents in the office that overseas our clubs and 4-H. Also a friend of mine had 3 employees loose their homes in the tornado.

This is the 3rd major hit with deaths that we have had in the past 9 years (Jan 1999, May 2003, Feb 2008) and we are still rebuilding from the 2003 hit in some areas and now this. Please just keep our town (and other towns affected) in your prayers.

Could you please send him and his DW, DS27 and DS13 prayers or pixie dust. I cannot begin to imagine how they are coping.

My trip to Fl is back on. Friend called and said that she had canceled the trip to the Keys. So I'll be heading to the airport in the morning.

For family of 6, kids ages 10, 8, 5, 2, Cat 1 (without transfers are insurance) is: drum roll please....
$23,924.74

OH MY GOSH!!!! I had recalled she said $19,000. I know $19k is a lot but OH MY GOSH!!

DH & I will be talking later today and make our final decision. I hope to be posting a PIF later today!!!

Back to work before they take away my bonus!

Monica, Well done on the 11.5 I'm jumpin up and down with you.
On the CPAP I think you will find it to be great. I hope you do anyway. I have no problems with mine. It does take some time to get use to, but once you experience a deep restful sleep again, and dreams, you will be glad to have it. I go back to see my Neurologist on the 14th for the follow up to my 2nd study. I hope he does not take me off my cpap.

Ok well I had compared the extra to purses before but we would have to compare the extra to a car at that cost! WOW. I will admit I would do it once. Maybe when my kids are older. Your posts got me thinking about it and I think I will stay in the smaller rooms for now.

Right now it is funny I think my kids like the smaller rooms when we go on vacation. They enjoy all of us sleeping in one room kinda like a sleep over. I mean really you get to lay in bed and watch tv together, get yummy food brought to the room and hang out together. I think vacation to most kids is getting all that special time they crave with their parents. I honestly think my kids prefer the closeness of a hotel room to the vacations when I have rented a home for us.

See, now my theory goes like this.....how many MORE Disney Cruises could I take if I didn't upgrade? My vote.....stay where you are at and take some more family cruises in the future!

That's me too! I always think what else I could buy with the money. Then I decide what I want more.

my hubby hates the souffle (two for me! ) and love the tiramisu too as well as all the desserts....does anyone know if MARCO is still on board? who needs souffle when he is there???

This has been answered, but Marco had become a head waiter by my October cruise. His former roommate is still up in Palo, Tony is too.

I thought I'd read that he'd been promoted. We had a Marco as our head server in October. He had black hair, was not terribly tall and fairly thin, and had an italian accent you would almost think made up. He was our best head server to date, and special ordered things for us we didn't know possible (pastries for my nut allergic child every am among others).

Hey think we can request him for our Head waiter, hmmm

I am getting into digital scrapbooks and plan to work on mine while we are on board and then ordering the book so it will be there shortly after we arrive home! Maybe this way I will actually get a scrapbook done!

I have been collecting free kits for digital scrapping for the past year, now I am sorting them and putting several that I think I might use on the crusie photos on to a USB key. Hoping to do some digital on board, if I decided to bring my laptop. Have you been to http://seebeesfreebies.blogspot.com/ she does some great disney themed kits for pay and free download.

That is it for today, will see you on the flip side. The journey in was not too bad just slow, so hoping that the journey home is smoother.
