Maxpass photos

I used max pass for the first time today and thought the ride photos were part of the deal? I tried linking my photos to maxpass and one of them turned up, but when I click on it, it says buy my photos. Anyone know what I am supposed to do? My second ride photo did not turn up even though it said it had linked. Thanks if you can help!

Don't worry about it. They seem to take awhile to upload. In a few hours the watermark on them will disappear and you will be able to download them for no charge.
This was my experience today.

I was told to call if there was a problem like that, but I didn't have any problems. Unfortunately, I can't remember where I was told to call. It was one of the photopass photographers that told me.

All ride photos are included. Hopefully you captured the number in case they don't show up? I took advice from others on here and snapped a picture of the number you n case any issues (or if it disappeared before we recorded it as the pictures change quickly)

I did snap the numbers but by the next morning they had all turned up, the watermark was gone and I could download them. Thanks all!

When I linked MP photos to my account, a message popped up saying it would take XX minutes to appear in the gallery.
It's hard to be patient sometimes.....
