Maxine character

I know this is a long shot but is there anyone who has or can do Maxine (the Hallmark character)?
We are planning my grandmother's 90th Bday and would like to incorporate Maxine into the decorations.
Not completly sure what/how to use Maxine but we are very open.
Some ideas we are tossing around are a banner, candy bar wrappers (favors), table center pcs, napkins.

Any ideas are welcome.
