We have a one night stay reserved on Dec 25 and another separate lodging reservation from Dec 26-Jan 2. I was considering adding one of the better dining plans to the one night reservation, but was trying to figure out if it would be a good move. I've never done the Deluxe or Premium.

We will arrive on Dec 25 early and could do two nice sit down meals on those days OR one and then two on Dec 26th.

Does my dining credits go until midnight the day I check out basically using through dinner on Dec 26? I was hoping to use credits for the Candlelight Processional.

With the deluxe, I believe they both have three meals per night. Would I have to use two of those credits for the CP?

What suggestions in dining locations would be the best value for the credits?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes the CP would be 2 credits. Yes you can use credits up until 11:59 on 12/26.
I would not schedule 2 ADRs on 12/25. Travel day is full of unavoidable, uncontrollable delays

Also, traffic on WDW property itself is a traffic jam all day on 12/25.

I would definitely do the deluxe but you can't do the premium.

I believe with the premium - you have to have 2 or 3 nights booked with tickets.

I don't know much about the deluxe plan--and virtually nothing about the platinum-but I am great at spending credits on the regular plan.

To spend 2 credits, HDDR and CRT dinner are pretty good values for your DDP buck. I have also heard that ordering the lobster at Narcoose's is a good spend. Another fun option that would be the best value is Cali Grill's brunch. I think it costs $80 per person OOP. Yikes!

For a good DPP value 1 credit meal, any character dinner is high dollar. Cape May dinner buffet is expensive, as is Boma dinner. Tutto Italia lunch is a good value, and Chef Mickey's breakfast costs a small fortune.

As far as CP goes, I think you're right in saying that it is a 2 credit event. We saved some $$ by doing the least expensive *lunch* option OOP, which at the time was Biergarten. We saved our DDP credits for something that was more expensive and a better value.

I believe you are again correct in saying that your DDP will last until midnight on check out day.

I love playing with the system and squeezing all the value I can out of it!
