I'm planning a quick trip this May and a return trip or 2 later this year. One of the days will be a blackout day (Sat. May 19th) during the first trip.

Can I purchase 3 day hoppers, use them Friday, Sat. and then upgrade to the annual passes on Sunday?

You can do that. Be aware that your annual pass will be backdated to the day you first used the parkhopper.

You can also upgrade on a blackout day if you like. They allow you to enter the parks on the day you upgrade even if it is normally a blackout day. Just be aware that again they will backdate the pass. This may be better for you since you can start using the discounts earlier. Have fun! :goodvibes

Thank you! That is very helpful. I would love to have the discounts to use on Sat.
:)

I just remembered, use your MM on Saturday morning and upgrade later in the day. Otherwise, you lose it!

Additionally, You can still go on a "Blockout" day ... you just have to pay an extra $50 (it may be a little more now)
