They have changed the message you get when you click on max. Maybe they got emails asking about it, at any rate, here's the message that popped up when I clicked on him:

"Sorry! you've already earned this 5-Point award today. If he hasn't already, Max might offer a Bonus Award later today, so check back! If you miss the Bonus Award today, try again when Max appears next. (The Bonus Award is only available for a short time each day Max appears, then he goes back to 5 Points.) "

I'm glad they explained it a little better.

How weird. I got my 5 points this morning around 8am. I just went back a minute ago (12:30) to check and see if his point value has gone up. Instead of getting the "You've already got your 5 points" message, I got a message stating that I just earned 5 points! The same message I got this morning. Is Max giving out 5 pointers twice today??

Tina - that happened to me yesterday. It said I earned 5 points a few times, but I only got credit for 1. I tried about 4 times & never got the message about already earning the points. Oh well!!
