Also, they haven't been awarding points to my account since Monday, so I have emailed them & am awaiting their response.

I didn't get any of my points from yesterday so I emailed them and I got a response that said, more or less, "The server must have been too busy. If it happens again let us know." Does that mean I don't get my points? That really stinks. I had the 50 from Max plus I had responded to a few bonus emails for probably another 20 points. I emailed them back to see if I do just lose the points or if they're going to do anything about it.
