Max at Chef Mickeys

We've seen Max at Epcot a couple of times. The first time was right at opening (when they used to do the bus) and the second time, I can't really remember where he was, but it was at Epcot.

I think I've read on here before that he might be in Toontown occasionally in the teardrop. Can anyone corroborate this?

We saw Max and Goofy near the exit of Splash Mountain a few years ago during MVMCP. I think that is the only time I've ever seen him though...

Yes, he can be. But it's hard to know if/when he will be there.
