MAW cruise on the Dream!

We are renting a condo in LaJolla Shores for a week, so excited to be near a beach and a nice playground. Thanks for the advice.

Go to Balboa Park too! There are lots of museums and it's just pretty, very neat architecture

We bought our first "accessory" for our cruise! It's a Castaway Cay-per. You put it on the pole of your beach umbrella so you can find your spot when you're looking for it!

I saw one on one of the cruise threads and from that found Gradysmommy on eBay! I love it, the girls want to hang it every where!

This is completely OT but it has a lot to do with our life as a military family. When I went to pick the girls up from school today, we were moved to the side of the road so that the Patriot Guard Riders could welcome home a unit. I always get teary eyed seeing the Marines coming home! WELCOME HOME MARINES!!!

It's OFFICIAL! We received our confirmation letter from MAW today w/ our flight info, cruise reservation info, etc! We're SO excited!!

We finally found out what the April 2nd "thing" was supposed to be! One of the sororities at UCSD adopts a Wish Kid each year and throws a party for them and pays for their wish. Well, they were going to adopt Madison until they found out how much her wish was going to cost! Instead they adopted a little girl from the area that is going to meet Justin Bieber! Even though Madison wasn't adopted by them, what a wonderful thing they do for MAW!!!
