Mattress help..... PLEASE!!!!!

Kingsdown does have a lifetime warranty. We have already had the mattress changed but since it is a pillow top it just keeps doing the same thing. It is very comfortable as long as you remain in your crater. Can't decide to lay next to your partner as then you are laying on the hump. We figure we will just keep calling them every few months until they agree to give us another type of mattress. They tell you to turn the mattress every 3 months which we have done. Hasn't done anything and to turn a king size mattress is no easy task.
