Matterhorn Rehab Question

Hi all,

I feel silly asking this but if any of the DL veterans can help I would appreciate it. The Matterhorn is listed as being closed for rehab 3/9 to 3/13. Does that usually mean it will open on the 13th or will it probably still be closed? We're going Friday and I would hate to not be able to get on my fave ride. It's no biggie really as I am sure we'll be back soon but I just wanted to check.

I cannot confirm it 100% percent, but last night I was at disneyland and even though I did not ride the matterhorn people on the tram told me that they opened it back up and rode it yesterday..

It must have closed early. We were there Wed the 4th and the refurb sign was up, it was closed. So very possible it will be open sooner.

We just got back and it was only opened on the weekends. They are working on/testing new seatbelts. Both sides were open the first weekend we were there. Yesterday, they only had one side open. I would assume it would be open the weekend of March 14th.

According to the Disneyland schedule forthe 13th the following are closed.

Goofy's Playhouse
Matterhorn Bobsleds
Stage Door - Ice House

Boudin Bakery
Burger Invasion
King Triton's Carousel
Sun Wheel
The Bakery Tour

The Mark Twain will be down from the 9th to the 11th.

Sorry but that is the way it is for the whole month, only special days and weekends for the Bobsleds for all of March.

we were there the 28th through the 6th and it wasnt supposed to be open the Friday the 6th, but it was. I got to ride it on the 28th because it WAS closed the Monday through Thursday

We rode on Friday, it was open Fri and Sat. They say it will be opened weekends and closed weekdays for awhile. It was scheduled to be down this Fri but it was open, So make sure to check first thing, otherwise the line is HUGE!
