Matsunomi Lounge...Reservations?

I keep looking and looking, and although I see menus for Matsunomi Lounge, I don't see anywhere that one might need reservations for this. I see some anecdotal tales of walking in and being seated and served, but has anyone made ADRs for it? Do they even have reservations for it? The official WDW site doesn't even MENTION Matsunomi Lounge...why is this? Is it just a part of the other Japan establishments? I feel silly asking this, but I've done a search and come up with zip.

The Matsunoma Lounge has been absorbed by the restaurant. It no longer exists as a separate eatery.

It's our favorite place to relax in Epcot. We sometimes stew for a couple of hours over sake and sashimi.

So, ADRs necessary or no? And for....Teppanyaki? Is Tempura Kiku still "no reservations"? Is it ALL one entity?

The lounge can now be considered as part of Temura Kiku. I don't think it takes ADR's

Good question OP! I was wondering this also. We are more than good in terms of ADR's but I was thinking of maybe popping in if we get overtaken by a big 'ole sushi craving while we are there. It happens. :p

If you get a sushi craving after 5pm, head over to the Swan to go to Kimonos. Their sushi is much better. We do Tempura Kiku/Matsanoma for lunch if the need strikes, but much prefer Kimonos. No adrs necessary (or even taken, I don't think)

Great idea! Thank you! I've always wanted to check out the Swan to :goodvibes
