I am making matching t-shirts for our family trip (8 of us). I got most of the shirts on sale at Michaels 2/$5.

Gymboree http://www.gymboree.com has a family line. But be warned that it isn't cheap. Click on a category then select family looks.

Something a bit cheaper is buying Old Navy shirts. Every summer they have matching T-shirts, maybe they are July 4th shirts? I buy these every year for our family. One year we even had our picture done with the shirts and jean shorts. Casual wear but matching

the whole family only cost $82...that includes tax and free shipping from Disney.com....keep an eye out for sales. I think they were around Memorial Day IN the Disney Store and then I saw them again about a month later online and liked those better (or the sizes fit my kids better) so I returned the 1/2 price ones to the Disney Store after I received the 1/2 price ones from online.

I love them!!!! Hoping to get another year out of them if my family will put up with me.....

We had very similiar Disney Store outfits for our cruise as vellamint did, just dark blue...came out the same times as hers did. I am actually getting ready to list the girls dresses, which are sizes 12-18 months and 5 years. I also have a ladies dress and can get a mans shirt and maybe even boys shirts.

We always get matching personalized tshirts made at a local printing shop for our disney trips- check out ones that do shirts for schools, sports teams, etc. Last time it cost us about $90 to get shirts for 4 adults and 5 kids. I have also bought matching clothes at old navy- they tend to have the same basic colors in all sizes at the same time. I just got family picture shirts for us (diffrent styles, but matching color) for about $76.

Just as a coincidence, the shirts my DH had made for our trip in December were LIME GREEN-(official DIS color) I met a couple of DIS board people that way!

Besides making a few custom ones designed by the DKids, I look around for shirts with local logos and such on them, like for us, "Ithaca is Gorges" shirts and such. Also, whenever our school district sells t-shirts or sweatshirts as a fundraiser, I buy one for everyone in a size large enough to wear on our next trip.

Kohls also has tshirts like Old Navy in the summer. We've also gotten matching tie dye shirts from a vendor at a summer fair.

We also sometimes just wear the same color shirts, even if they don't match exactly. Check everyone's drawers and see what you already have that matches.

I'd forgotten about Old Navy - we have bought matching tees there for July 4 and worn them again at WDW. As I'm Piglet-sized, I've caught some great sales for all of us at the Children's Place too.
