We recently returned from our first trip to Disney with our 3 1/2year old twins. We had a truly magical experience, more than I could have ever imagined and can't wait to go back. My boys talk about Disney constantly!
Well, yesterday we were at a friend's house and in the playroom my boys discovered a little Disney shuttle bus made by Matchbox. They went crazy and would love one but the cheapest I found so far was on eBay for $13.50...way too much IMO!!!
Help, anyone know where I can buy one of these Matchbox shuttle buses at a reasonable price? My twins would love it and I'd like to keep our trip "alive" in their memories.
Thanks!

We buy these everytime we go to WDW if they are available they do a different one each year. They can be very difficult to find and that is about the going price.

I think we got a 3-pack at Test Track in 2008. It included the internal park bus, Disney's Magical Express, and the Cruise Line bus. Pretty cool.

I looked all around the park and could not find these. Finally at the airport on the way home they were in the Disney Store.

We purchased one at the gift shop at the entrance to Magic Kingdom. That was about what we paid!

We got the three pack, as well, at the shop at the airport on the way home. I know it was less than $13.50 per bus. DS4 loves them!! Call the merchandise line (on your receipts from the gift shops), and maybe they can point you in the right direction.

My son also got the three pack, but I think he got it at the Polynesian. It was probably about $14 for all three buses.

Other than the airport I have not seen these outside of Disney World for purchase. My son got the three pack at the airport for 13.00. It had the Disney park transport bus the magical express bus and the cruise line bus in it. We also bought him a caravan type bus with mickey sticking his head out one side and goofy out the other. This was under 7.00. Sold in the section with the accessories to the monorail. Got the one at MouseGear in Epcot.

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions! I'm still a bit shocked by the price but seems that it's the "going rate". My boys will be thrilled when they get their Disney shuttles for Valentine's Day. Thanks again!

I hear ya. We bought DS4 a few Disney Racers while at the World. We get home (5 days before Christmas) and all he talks about is santa bringing him the Darth Vader car. :scared1: No way I can get it here before Christmas!
Fortunately he hasn't mentioned it since Christmas! It will be on the shopping list next trip!

We bought the three pack of busses at Pop Century's gift shop. I think it may have been $10-$12. As I bought it, I remember thinking it was one of the more reasonably priced items.

Word of warning: The rubber on the wheels likes to come off. I took each rubber tire off, added a little Super Glue to the rim of each wheel, then slid the tires back on. They haven't come off since. Be careful how much Super Glue you use. If you are careful, the axles and wheels will still spin properly after you glue them.

We just got back, I bought the Large Bus...this years is Orange. I believe I paid 10 or 10.95 for it. total worth it... My 18 month old is in love with it! :thumbsup2 wish I had bought two!
oh and I bought mine at the splash mountain gift shop! That was the only place I saw the Large bus... the small white ones I saw in several places...and the three pack was in most gift shops...the bus was hard to find for some reason!
