What are these?
If you have a APLA dining rotation, then Master Chef is on the 2ND Animator's Palate Night and Captain Gala's is on the Lumiere Night.
so what are Master Chef and Captain Gala's Nights?

I'm not clear what you're asking. Do you want an explanation of the themes and what's served, or are you asking which nights these menus will be served? If the latter, which itinerary are you sailing on?

I guess I didn't realize they were the theme. I thought it was some sort of special dinner I guess......Never cruised before so I didn't know exactly what it meant....
We'll be on the Western itinerary.

Okay, well on the Western itinerary, the Master Chef Series menu is served on Tuesday night and the Captain's Gala menu is served on Thursday night. I have links to both of these menus at my web site...

The Master Chef Series is kind of a "Best of" menu, featuring various specialties from various restaurants around WDW. The Captain's Gala menu features lobster!

(All menus are due to be updated soon, but these will give you an idea of what to expect.)
