Massage at Sturdy Branches at WL?

Has anybody had a massage at Sturdy Branches, the health club at the Wilderness Lodge Villas? I am wondering what sort of things they offer and what the prices are. Also, do I need to make reservations far in advance, or can I just wait until I arrive at the WL? I'd love to hear details from anyone who as had a massage there. Do they offer any other services? Thanks!

when we were there it appeared to be only a gym with no spa services available. Maybe it's been added since our stay 1.5 years ago..... Anyone?

I know they offer massages, because my sister had one there on our trip last December. She enjoyed it, but she couldn't remember any details about what they offered or how much it was.
