We own at BWV, and will be going "home" the last 2 weeks in August...1st week at BWV, 2nd at VWL.
Not yet. I was going to last weekend...but dh, being the good guy he is, took the car as usual and filled it while on his Sat errands. I told him that I was planning on starting my big 'gas up the car' plan that weekend. He told me I had plenty of time...perhaps this weekend?
Nice, I work at Lahey and get lunch every Friday at Rick's Chung King Cafe in your neck of the woods lol. I gotta have my chinese food fix every week and believe me my waist is starting to show it.
I live very close - just over the Billerica line in Tewksbury. I used to work nearby in Billerica as well and all of our work luncheons were there.
to Sturbridge, Brookfield, and Charlton. My DH and I are born and bred in Southbridge. 
Give us a little credit though, we did move away for a few years but then returned for family reasons!
