Mask age flying between Canada and US

Can anyone here confirm the age for mandatory masking on flights between the United States and Canada? I'm seeing some reports that it's 6 and up, others that it's 2 and up, and others that it was 2 and up when the US had their own mask mandate but now that it the American mandate has dropped it's switched to the 6 and up that applies to Canadian domestic flights.

Transport Canada states it's for 6 years and older

The website says it's only for domestic flights but I thought it applies to all flights to/from a Canadian airport no matter the airline?

That's what I thought. Some of the specific airlines say 2, but I'm assuming it just hasn't been updated from when the US had it's own mandate of 2.
