I saw that MD/DC/NoVa was listed as the hottest place in the country.

Happy Friday Marylanders! Who's dreaming about their next WDW trip? I know I am! Might be there Aug. 11-14. First trip in the summer since I was a kid. I'm thinking a water park might be part of this trip.

Just returned from a few days at the beach too. I love OC!

I'm definately looking forward to my next trip(s).

I'm going to be down there for a week with the Oct 1st park Bday falling in the middle....

and then again in early November.


It'll be interesting bookending F&W since it's also my first F&W experience.

I would love to get back to WDW for the F&W Festival. I went once and it was awesome. Such cool food to try out, I loved it! Hope you enjoy it too!

anyone else have the smoke from virginia's brush fires blowing in today?

everything here is hazy, and smells very strongly of burning wood. I'm glad I can stay inside today.

Yes, Princess Meghan!! I live in south central Dorchester County, and at first I thought some of the farmers who live around me were burning something. I went outside and couldn't find a source then my DD said she heard it was the Dismal Swamp fire! It's a little better this afternoon, I can actually hang my laundry outside.

I thought it was someone burning something this morning, but it seemed a little strange since it was 9am when I went outside. and then I drove 20 minutes down the road and it was still hazy. I had to come home and google it to figure out what was going on!
hopefully by tomorrow it'll be gone.

What a crazy random happenstance. i'll actually be down there from September 27th-October 4th. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to the MK on the park's 40th.
