Mary Poppins on Broadway... Just saw it!!!

Last night my hubby and my sister and her BF drove to Manhattan and saw Mary Poppins on broadway!
It was EXCELLENT!!! I've never seen such a crowd love a broadway play so much.
I suggest anyone living near NYC to see this play!!! The guy who played Bert was AMAZING!!!!

I'm so glad you liked the play. We are taking my Grandma in December for her 94 birthday. It's one of her favorite movies. We can't wait!

Cool! I hope it starts touring pretty soon. I won't be in NY anytime soon but I only live about an hour from San Francisco and lots of touring musicals come through there at some point.

I just wanted to bump this thread because I saw the show yesterday and it was wonderful. The costumes, sets, music and acting was top notch. I don't think they could have found a better actress for Mary Poppins - and also Bert.

I would highly recommend this fun family show!

I saw the play in London with my family this July. It really is amazing. I still find myself humming to the songs.

I'm going to see Mary Poppins on Saturday and I'm really excited! I'm also excited to visit the WoD store too! I've heard the show is great! After Saturday, I'll have seen all of the Disney shows that have been on Broadway.
