Martini Social at HRH???

It probably isn't just martinis. I would assume that they have a different featured drink every time. Has anyone ever been? What was it like?

Don't know...but they have this at the Bar American at Portofino also....we are going to have to try it on our next trip!

DH and I received an invitation from mgmt. the last time we visited. It was fun.......... there were 'red, white and blue' martinis........... sorry to say, nothing else was served - just martinis................ the white martini was a 'traditional' martini, the red (my favorite) was a cosmo and the blue had some blue curacao in it.......... They had a band in attendance - they had a CD out at that time and lots of appetizers that left us too stuffed for dinner. I would not hesitate to go again; it was so much fun.

Thanks for the info, pixie dust gal. It sounds like fun!!!

How much did it cost to attend? Were the Martinis and appetizers included in the price or were they additional? Also, how did you get invited? Do they invite everyone who is staying at HRH, or do you have to stay in a particular room (Suite or Club Level)? Any additional info is appreciated.

We were staying in a suite - so there was no cost involved. There were other people from the 'area' that were in attendance that belong to a 'club' of sorts at HRH that paid $25 I believe. Many people were trying to walk in but were stopped if they were not wearing a wrist band that was given out prior to that day. I think these gatherings are held once a month.
