Hello! I'm planning a trip for me and my DH in January 2006. I have never been to WDW in January (just summer months and one trip in mid-December), so I was wondering if those who were there over MLK Jr. Day can tell me how the crowds are. I'm wondering if it's worth it to wait until later--even if it means using up 8 hours less vacation time--to have fewer crowds. Can anyone advise me?

Thanks in advance!

We were there this past MLK weekend, we arrived saturday night, and went straight to MK, which was open until 11, so it seemed pretty crowded but Sunday we did AK, which seemed busier than normal to us (but we're used to being there when crowds are light), and after I think we headed to MK again, and basically, each day got a little less crowded so when Tuesday and wednesday rolled around, it seemed quite light. It was also unseasonably cold this past MLK weekend, so that may have kept crowds light too...but like I said, I think most people must have left Monday because it was great crowd-wise on Tuesday and Wednesday.
