Marriott's Village d'lle-de-France

I'm trying to find out if it is possible to book a cot whilst staying at Marriott's Village d'lle-de-France‏. We could do with a couple of other items such as bedguard and stairgate but they are not totally essential but we could really do with them....

I emailed Marriots UK customer care who gave me another email address to contact Marriott's Village d'lle-de-France‏ direct (MVCI.ActivitiesDLP@vacationclub.com) but they replied as follows:

Thank you for your mail and your reservation request for April 21st 2008.

Being a family-oriented timeshare resort and not a hotel we do not have a reservations department onsite and we are unfortunately not able to provide any information regarding availability or rates.

All townhouses available for rental stays can be booked either via internet (Marriott.com).

I just don't seem to be able to contact the 'right' person who can answer my query?!?! I like to do these things by email so that I have a record of what's what

Any advice pls??

I thought I may have the phone number on a card I had but I can't find it . I'm sure they will have cots though.

I don't think a stairgate would work though as the bannister is wrought iron so would be hard to fasten onto.

When I had questions about this resort, I contacted the Marriott sales people in Paris at the following email address: sophie.lelong@marriott.com
She responded and then forwarded my questions to the resort. I recieved a very nice response from an agent there, answering all my questions and sneding more info than I needed.

I tried ringing on numerous occasions but just kept being put on hold

Anyhow, I sent another email begging for information and had a response saying that there is a cot in each house but no bedguards or stairgates available.

I think we could manage without a bed guard and if as previously mentioned a stairgate won't fit, I've answered all my questions
