Marriott TownePlace Suites Anaheim - Opinions?

Hello! I am planning a family trip next month, and am using Marriott points to pay for the hotel. Unfortunately, the only Marriott available during the time period we are going is the TownePlace Suites Anaheim. I'm not familiar with this property so wondering if anyone can give me the lowdown on this hotel. Also, an idea of how far from DLR? Thanks in advance for your comments!

We stayed there in 2005 for 10 days. It wasn't bad, but it was right next to active train tracks. The shuttle that we took also went to an RV park to do a pick up. I don't remember how far it was from DL but if memory serves me correctly it was right across from the LA Angels ball park if that is any assistance.
