Marriott Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista

I was able to get a great rate (through Marriott's pricematch) on this property for our July trip. We usually stay on-site but the rates are too high right now. The Marriott seems to have great reviews on Tripadvisor but no one really mentions the shuttle. I am assuming it is a limited shuttle (a few pick-ups a day). I think someone may have mentioned the shuttle going to Epcot and then you have to take transportation from there. We do plan to have a rental car but I was just curious able the shuttles they have.

Never stayed at a Redisdence inn that I didn't like. It's a great chain. I don't know anything about transportation. You will have a car so you shouldn't have any problems.

Stayed here a few years ago, found it nice, easy to get to WDW and SW from there. Never used the shuttle, you may want to check about the times, drop off locations, etc. We find it easier/faster to just drive and park. FWIW.

We stayed there in the beginning of January. The shuttles ran 3 times a day (3 trips there, and 3 trips back), and dropped off/picked up at Epcot. We did not use them because we have 4 small children and figured it was worth it to pay $11/day and not have to rely on someone else's schedule--like if the kids got tired and wanted to go home early or something.

We were told that if you want to use the shuttle, you should reserve space in advance at the front desk (I think they said 1/2 hour or an hour prior) and that the shuttle provides service for a couple other hotels too.

The hotel was very nice, we really enjoyed ourselves there!
