Are any of the Marriott brand hotels really walk able? I know the Fairfield Inn says across the street but I have never been so I do not know how far that is with younger kids. Thanks.

yes, it is very easy to walk from the Fairfield Inn to Disneyland. We stayed there last year. My husband has mobility issues and we had no problem walking from there to disneyland. We saw many families with little kids, strollers, and even those in wheel chairs doing the same. There is a intersection with a crosswalk just down the street, so it is is very safe. The sidewalks are large for the pedestrian traffic.

We always stayed at the Residence Inn Maingate when our kids were very young and had no problems going back and forth and the amenities made life much easier for us.

I try to stay at Marriott properties whenever possible due to points and the FFI is indeed easily walkable. There are a couple other more upscale Marriott properties in the vicinity that aren't walkable but have shuttle service to DLR. They're considerably nicer than FFI but all are Class 5 :lmao:

No offense meant but the maingate is an easy walk, not across the street but they offer more than any place across the street. We started there when the 4 kids were between 4-8 and they never said a word other than they were tired.

No offense taken, because that was a total DUH! moment on my part ... for some reason I read your post as Ramada Inn Maingate as opposed to Residence Inn Maingate. My bad completely  I think the one you're referring to near the Garden Walk, if so I've never personally stayed there but love the amenities of Residence Inns so that one would be a definite candidate :thumbsup2
