Looking for info on the regular rooms ...

We are currently booked in for one night in a guest room when we arrive in Orlando. Does the regular room have a fridge and access to free laundry? I am looking to throw in a couple of loads from our drive down before we hit the Poly for our 10 day stay. Also, how long of a drive to the outlets on International Drive (I think they are now the Premium - used to be the Belz)?

The premium mall is all the way at the top of I-drive so i would say it is a good 15-20 minutes from Harbor lake depending on traffic. We had a 1 bedroom at Horizons and it had the washer/dryer.

If by guest room, you mean their studio units, they do not have washers and driers. Though I think there is onsite access to free laundry in a central location. Not sure though since we have not used it.

The studio units do have a small fridge.

I was asking about the studios. I am assuming that the fridge is a bar fridge. We are looking for somewhere to store a few snack-type foods and do our travel laundry before checking in to the Polynesian. The prices for laundry on-site are crazy!

Yes, the fridge in the studio is a small under the counter fridge. Would work fine for snacks, sodas and left overs.

Call the resort to see if they have laundry available for those without a washer and drier in their rooms. I don't see it on the resort map, but that doesn't mean they don't have it.
