We are doing a split stay on our next trip to Disney, with 8 days at the Marriott Grande Vista. I have a 3 - bedroom villa reserved through Interval International. We are traveling with our two young sons and two grandparents.
Marriott will be sending me an email in a few days to confirm details of our stay and allow me to make my room preference/location requests. This resort is huge and I am unsure of what location I should request. I am aware they give the better views and locations to their Owners/vacation club members, but it never hurts to make a request. Can anyone recommend a good building location & why? We initially wanted a renovated villa, but the hotel informed me a few months ago those were located away from the lake. We spend time on the balcony in the evenings and would like a nice view, but not facing a pool where the noise level is higher. We were thinking between building 78-85 for our request, or is it better to be on the other side. I'd appreciate anyone's input.
