marriott dtd $20.00 rate Dec/Feb

I know they have offered this rate for the last several years in
September. Do they ever offer this rate any other time of year?

I got a great rate thur this board last year for Early December. Keep checking the hotel rates on www.wdwinfo.com. I "think" it was around $25 a night.
