Yeah for traveling partners!
The heats not bothering me too much because I'm usually out running by 6:30am. I figure I have to get used to it for Florida anyway.
You are so disciplined!! I've run twice in the morning...

I always mean to, but it never happens! I need to get caught up on your PTR and see how the progress is coming along!
LOL! Sounds like a love match!
I think there are a lot of us in the PA/NY/DE/NJ area.
My iPhone photos are hit and miss - some are pretty good and some the coloring is just off or they are not crisp.
There really are a lot of us! I had no idea until we start talking DIS meets.
Some of the coloring on mine too are a bit meh. And sometimes so slooooow.
I was not that attracted to Addams family at first. I had not seen any previews and did not know how they could make a new story that would be good. But I loved it and would love to see it again!
Josee ended up going to the bar at our hotel. There was a big band type of orchestra and she's really into that. She's also part of an orchestra and plays the french horn so she loved it very much.
I am still waiting on Nikki and Tom's verdict on Addams family. But I can't see how they wouldn't have at least liked it a bit
Yay! Glad you liked it!! Glad to hear Josee had a good time too.
Thanks for the reply about Henry's ID necklace - and a good idea to take an early morning photo - will have to try to remember that - although the girls are often dressed the same so I guess I already have that as a reference
Your welcome! That is a great idea about dressing the kids the same too - I know lots of parents do that, it makes it so much easier to spot them too I'm sure! I sometimes forget the morning photo, but chances are I have at least one pretty early in the day for reference.
i know from one month on the time seems to slow downbut then you are super pumped by the last two days
And that's about when my sleep starts to get sporadic too!
Isn't that just like them!? Well at least you are broken in for next week!
We liked it! All the actors were great....I liked how the story put a "normal" family in the Addams. The first 10 minutes were amazing! I didn't love all the songs. I always think of Howard Ashman saying that when he writes songs for a musical, they must move be essential to moving the story forward and I always use that as a judge of musicals now. If it's just a filler song, I usually don't love it...and there were definitely a few of those....BUT we had a really fun night!
Ahhhh, yes, what is the point of a song in a musical if it doesn't move the story forward?? Just for entertainment value I suppose, which is fine, but too many can get a bit old.
Hey Brook! I've been MIA so am going back to catch up tonight. I hope you had a fabulous trip to MN over the 4th.
We did! Thank you! I plan on writing a blog on it, but just haven't had time yet.
Headed over there now.
Just sent you a PM, too.
See you over there! (I probably already have

I need to do replies there too!) I got your PM, I have a few other similar PMs too recently - I am going to reply to them soon! Probably tomorrow.
Me too!!! Out early but this week it was soooo humid I could not breathe. This morning was the first time since last Sunday that I ventured out to run.
I know you guys can get some wicked humidity mixed with the high temps. Yuck. That's what we had today, it was so thick out.
At this rate, we'll have to rent out the place!
No idea when it's opening, though...I didn't realize it was in the works, until I read about it here!
One month! I can't believe you're going back again so soon! I'm so jealous!
(OK, I'll fess up, I actually have reservations for a late August trip. But I have to cancel.

I'm hoping I can swing something in October...)

You mean you don't frequent Times Square?!?!

Oh that stinks about the late August plans having to get canceled! BOO! But, I do hope you can swing it for October - which is better overall than August anyway (in my opinion). Better weather, better prices, less crowds!
Hi Brooke - I was 85,000 pages behind as usual - love those pics of you guys on the bench with Walt and the ones of Henry in front of the Yacht Club!

Man, I knew this TR was long, but wow! I didn't notice that many pages!
It's so interesting, the things Henry thinks up to do in the parks. Getting a Mickey bar back at the resort- what a great idea! I love having my boys get old enough to be able to tell me what they are thinking.
The Yacht Club lobby looks really cool. How exciting to be staying there next month!
I
sometimes love that Henry can tell me what he is thinking. Other times I wish he'd stop talking.

Seriously, he cannot stop sometimes! But, it's handy in most situations - and it's fun to let him have control of our time occasionally!
Brooke - just catching up on your report.
Enjoy your upcoming trip to YC!!! I think I need to become a TA too!
Thank you!!! I'm VERY much looking forward to it and can't believe it's getting so close! I have a ton to get done before then, but I know it will come together.
If you are serious about the TA thing, send me a PM and I'll explain it all - I have had a few people ask lately and need to do a big email back to everyone, so I can include you!
